Once I placed an order and was only informed that their oven was not working when I walk into the store to pick it up. Here is the worst part. They offered a free pizza as an apology for another day, but they are always busy asking to pospone for another day and finally saying: - You have no credit on your record! đđđ

My local domino's. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Pizzas are always delicious and fair pricing. Parking is a little tricky, so be wary when coming during peak hours.
Parking: Very small parking lot, be wary when busy because you probably won't find a space.

They will constantly mix pork and other meats with vegetables
They have on more than one occasion sent the incorrect order with no remorse or willingness to resolve the issue.
Did you order a veggie pizza, but a pepperoni arrived? That's your problem not theres.
Dietary restrictions? That's your problem not theirs that they got you order wrong, at least that's what the guy that was closing on Friday night 10/11 2024 Told us.
His exact words were "well we're busy, what do you want us to do about it, we'll get to it when we later".
Suffice to say, we got our order 2 1/2 hours after the original order was placed because they messed up so badly the first time.
I was telling my friend this story, and he told us he's gotten food poisoning at this place.
There's better options out there, just avoid this place until or unless they get their act together which it doesn't seem like it based on all the other really low reviews.

They do a very good job with the Pizzas at this location compared to another one in Tustin. There seems to be construction which can cause problems finding parking close to this Dominoes.

Workers are literally a joke. Everytime I use the app it says my order is ready and when I show up they havenât even started making it. No apology, no explanation, just hey itâs gonna be ready a couple minutes. Then they literally start making it. I ask the guy what happened and he mumbles some nonsense without even looking at me. I get it, itâs dominos, what do you expect. But I only ever have this problem at this location. Itâs the 3rd time in a row.
First, if you canât do curbside pickup, remove the feature. Not every store supports curbside pickup. You shouldnât let customers sit in the car for 20 minutes like idiots. Second, my pizza is burnt.

We usually order our pizza from there. However, recently the toppings have been skimpy, with just a few pieces that are easy to count. Another issue is that their thin crust pizza is quite salty. The prices with a coupon are reasonable, but the overall quality is not what we expected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered an hour before they closed, food was never even prepped to be put in the oven. Instead I was left on hold for 15 minutes with no answer, only for the store to close at midnight and cancel my order. Mahmoud began âpreppingâ my order at 11:06, but couldnât even be bothered to pick up the phone 40 minutes later so I could cancel myself and order food elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

I called them and they told me, âWe are sorry, but you will arrive to you in an hour and a half because we do not have drivers. Only a driver told me that I can cancel them and you can come to pick them up, but you will not get the discount because it is only via the Internet.â I told him, âOkay, I will wait for an hour and a half.â After 15 minutes, they called me and said, âWe are sorry, we will cancel your order for today because the oven broke down and we cannot bake pizza.â They canceled it after waiting an hour and a half. It was a very bad experience and I also used 60 points to get a free pizza but my points did not come back.
