Very upset. Placed my order at 9:55 am. It was to be delivered at 5:15 pm for our daughter's birthday party. The track said it was delivered at 5:12. Which it wasn't. Therefore I had called Dominos and didn't get the store but got customer service and they had to contact the driver to find out what's up. He then came back to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. By this time it was 5:25. We then called the store to talk to the manager who was no help and barely spoke English. Then she handed the phone to a man named Kevin who was no help what so ever. Then hung up on us. The way we where treated was unacceptable and very unprofessional. The only reason we ordered Domino's is because our daughter wanted it for her Birthday Party. We should have stuck with Pizza Hut. Never again Domino's!!!

See some of the prior ratings and seems sad. Made an error on my order as I did not check until I got home. At that time was not going to drive back and pick up correct pizza's and/or wait longer. The employee owned up to the error and we handled. Anyways since they move down to the end of the plazavthinking better flow for delivery and or pickup. Have been to the new location and is smaller but appears to be better for the customer. Service was professional with clean work area and taste was good. Thinking they have good team going forward to handle and service their customers.
At the end of the day. Took photo of Pizza and see why reviews are so poor. Got two Pizza's that were different then what ordered. Manager on duty did not approve any credit from staff member and no communication. On next visit manager told me to pay for new order and have to talk to manager in person. Huge lack of communication and sends message we only care about themselves and no customer service. This may be the reason for a rating of 3 overall from their customers. Would thank two different Pizza's from order afyer drive to pick up they would correct. Any feedback. Waste of my time and no empathy for the customer.

3.1 is too good for this place - service is bad and each time you order a large pizza , its size varies. Once I placed an order and was only informed that their oven was not working when I walk into the store to pick it up. Here is the worst part. They offered a free pizza as an apology for another day, but they are always busy asking to pospone for another day and finally saying: - You have no credit on your record! 😂😂😂

My local domino's. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Pizzas are always delicious and fair pricing. Parking is a little tricky, so be wary when coming during peak hours.
Parking: Very small parking lot, be wary when busy because you probably won't find a space.
They will constantly mix pork and other meats with vegetables
They have on more than one occasion sent the incorrect order with no remorse or willingness to resolve the issue.
Did you order a veggie pizza, but a pepperoni arrived? That's your problem not theres.
Dietary restrictions? That's your problem not theirs that they got you order wrong, at least that's what the guy that was closing on Friday night 10/11 2024 Told us.
His exact words were "well we're busy, what do you want us to do about it, we'll get to it when we later".
Suffice to say, we got our order 2 1/2 hours after the original order was placed because they messed up so badly the first time.
I was telling my friend this story, and he told us he's gotten food poisoning at this place.
There's better options out there, just avoid this place until or unless they get their act together which it doesn't seem like it based on all the other really low reviews.

They do a very good job with the Pizzas at this location compared to another one in Tustin. There seems to be construction which can cause problems finding parking close to this Dominoes.

Workers are literally a joke. Everytime I use the app it says my order is ready and when I show up they haven’t even started making it. No apology, no explanation, just hey it’s gonna be ready a couple minutes. Then they literally start making it. I ask the guy what happened and he mumbles some nonsense without even looking at me. I get it, it’s dominos, what do you expect. But I only ever have this problem at this location. It’s the 3rd time in a row.
