Horrible service which messed up my mood to even eat; typical dominos pizza which was good but worst customer service.

Ordered pizza via doordash, my order claims by Domino’s driver. My order was headed to the driver and he stays at store around twenty minutes and still staying. Thanks for the food guys, will update the review and share the pizza’s temperature.

This specific Dominos used to be a 5 star store. They were fast and always put out quality food. This past weekend, I place my order on the app like I normally do. One thing I love about dominos is the garlicky crust they have from the garlic sauce they drizzle on the crust. When I get to the store, I just ask if they can do a second pass and they do it no problem. I also used to get their garlic knots which they have replaced with garlic bites (not as good because they’re really doughy). This time I walked in, I saw my pizzas getting taken out the oven and asked the guy at the counter if they can add extra sauce to the crust. He went to the lady cutting the pizza in the back and I assumed told her to do this. I watched as she did a single pass, not even hitting the crust. When he brought it back up, I opened it and asked if he can do one more circle with the garlic sauce. He then said “no, she said we can’t do that as a store policy”. Weird, they’ve always done it without any hesitation. I asked if I can speak with her. She comes and says “nope can’t do it because it’s store policy. People can come and say it’s too salty”. Well I’m the customer who’s about to eat it and I would like it to have the extra sauce on the crust. I offered to pay more money for another round of garlic (eliminating the “cost” argument), and she said no. I was very surprised and left. In the car, I checked the garlic bites, and half of them had no sauce on them, just bread balls. I went back in and asked if she’ll put sauce on the garlic bites since they’re not even covered. She didn’t look happy but did add more sauce.
Really sad that they don’t just listen to customers. I’ll have to go to a different dominos now

This place is garbage. Like others have mentioned in prior comments, don’t bother ordering takeout. It’s 7:13pm and our food was out for delivery at 6:19pm. According to the employees there, they can’t get a hold of Dillon their driver and have called him multiple times. Straight B.S. I guarantee you that the pizza hasn’t even left the shop. On a separate occasion, I drove to the location after our pizza was “out for delivery” for 25 minutes. Guess what, the pizza wasn’t even done. Such B.s.
Update: I can’t make this stuff up lol. It’s 7:45pm and they just left the pizza at our doorstep. The pizza box was wet and disgusting. This is the quality you will get when ordering from there. They didn’t even knock on the door. My dogs barked so I looked out my door. This is ridiculous.

Always get delicious food from here. Left a bad review earlier. It wasn't delivered to the correct place. I understand accidents happen. The store remade my original order and delivered it. They were not rude at all. Even delivery guy was still polite. Yes, pizza tastes good. I appreciate the store's correction and patience.

I’m a manager who works next door . This is my third time I’m putting in the order for Domino’s for our event and every time there is something going on with their time to deliver their food . Even tho I come in person to pick up the food . Absolutely do not recommend Fortuner Terrace in Rockville, Maryland Domino’s .
Ordered 2 of the 6.99 items and 4 sodas. Got the pizza and no sodas. Called said I did not order sodas. But the med pepperoni pizza was 16.99. That is ridiculous. I will never order from there again. That is a rip off. 16.99 for a medium pizza. Stay away.

Ordered ExtravaganZZa thru doordash and when it was delivered, there was nothing on the pizza. Called the shop and talked to the manager, he told me “make that complaint to the doordash period”. Totally disrespectful and ignorant on his job.

I ordered from them through Uber and they marked my order as delivered and when I called the store about it, since they use their own delivery, they just told me they do that due to system issues amd assured I would get it. It came 38 minutes after the expected delivery time and the quality was so poor. The pizza tasted rubbery and it was cold.

Ordered the large pizza on Friday night because there was a 10.99 any size any toppings deal. They limit you to 6 toppings online, unsure if same policy for app orders. When I went to pick it up they were about to start on it. Waited with about 10 other people in the store. I got my pizza, but double-checked to make sure it was the right one. It was the wrong one so I told it to them, there was about 15 other people waiting for pizzas at this point so they were trying to keep up with orders. They gave me the right one soon after.
Double-check to make sure they give you the right one.
Pizza toppings: banana peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, olives, bacon, also extra parmesan/asiago
