I had a terrible experience at this Domino's last year. Domino's pizza was a staple at our family's home. We loved it. However, an incident occurred that made me take my business elsewhere. I was given an incorrect order (sure I should double check before leaving). Coincidentally, the orders were similar items (not ingredients). I was given two boxes of pizza which I had ordered. When I got home and everyone was hungry and excited to watch our game we opened our pizza and behold we got the weirdest pizza combo (sorry to whoever that was). I called the store directly and emailed Domino's requesting a refund. The associate at the store, spoke to me like it was "my fault" for getting the wrong pizza. Now, I am the kind of person when things do not go your way at a restaurant, I just laugh it off and move on. I am nice when it comes sort of these things. Accidents happen and we can't be blaming the world because of our wrong pizza order. So that was fine. What was not fine with me is the response Domino's gave me. Both at the customer service level at the store and from their corporate customer service. In the end, I was told I would get a refund. I asked for receipt they said they don't give receipts over the phone. I emailed 3 times! They said I'd have to contact the store and a manager would call me back. The associate told me he already processed a refund and was clearly eager to get me off the phone. All in all I lost $ for a order I did not enjoy and lost all my reward points. I had such a bad experience that was the last time I ordered at Domino's and have been buying my pizza at Pizza Hut and Wholefoods now. Such a shame for Domino's who makes it's a hassle to refund several dollars. In the end, I hope the store manager knows that it is they who lost money. I won't be going back there.

Service personnel are really courteous. Pizza is good as any dominos but still needs to appreciate their consistency. Good place for both to handout or for quick stop n go. Overall good.

I think, $9.9 Pizza event kills employees twice. I didn’t know, sorry about that but I only ordered pepperoni .I waited 2 hours and they struggled to check free unlimited toppings. I'm never ordering again

They were trying. But they are super backed up right now by 2 hrs.. if you online order at 5pm...you just got it at 7pm... just fyi.. certainly not for a lack of effort though..the phone is ringing off the hook... not sure what caused the issue but.. I feel for them..

This Domino’s needs all new staff! The quickest thing they did tonight was cancel my order when I finally got tired of waiting for over 2 hours.
I can understand if you are backed up and deliveries are late, but the staff was beyond just unhelpful. We waited for over an hour before calling to get the status on our delivery and waited on hold for another 25 minutes before anyone answered. They told us that they were so busy that they were still preparing our food; it hadn’t even gone in the oven yet! We were told it would be another 45 minutes before the pizza would be ready and another 20 minutes for the delivery to reach us. While we were still talking to them, the staff on the phone said, “Wait, hold on,” and put us back on hold until it eventually hung up. I called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes. While on hold, the app said that the delivery was on the way and the estimated time was 27 minutes. After that, the app said that the pizza was delivered, but it was not delivered to us. And of course, I never got off hold until the call ended again. I called back one more time and was on hold for another 10 minutes before someone answered the phone. Obviously, I wanted answers, but they only said to us that it was not delivered yet and that they didn’t know what to do (how about give us our order for free or offer a discount?). Finally, I was so fed up with waiting for over 2 and a half hours that I told them to cancel the order, and all she said was, “ OK, have a good day,” and hung up. If I could give 0 stars, I would; they deserve it.

Ordered online for delivery at 6:30pm, order didnt progress on the app for an hour so I called at 7:30 they said either wait one more hour for delivery or 30min if I go pick it up. I live 10 mins away from the store. So I go pick it up in 30min and they said they didnt even start my order... So I waited another 30 minutes for my one medium pizza to be done. Didnt get my pizza until 8:30pm and I had to ask for it because they just put it on the rack when it was done.

Never going back here, they were busy but this is ridiculous. Find a better managed domino’s to order from.

Food isn't bad. I have ordered twice from this store. The first time was super-slow and I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a Saturday night with a football game playing.

I attempted to order from this store again and the food left the store 45 minutes ago and it still has not arrived. I called the store and was told it would be a further 10 mins!

Interestingly the app says the order is complete when it hasn't even been delivered. I may be cynical, but I suspect that this is to artificially keep their service delivery times down. Do not believe the delivery times!! I won't be using them again.

5 stars for the new girl from yesterday Evening wearing the darker colored uniform. She acknowledged me right away and assisted me. I come in often and normally the staff doesn’t acknowledge my presence and it takes a while to be helped. I hope my future experiences with this location are as pleasant as yesterday’s.

I’ve ordered Dominos through different branches in Irvine and so far this branch gave me the worst experience. I ordered a pizza and pasta. The pasta was burnt and the topping on the pizza was just on half of the pizza. I understand they had multiple orders in queue and wanted to speed up. But why would u sacrifice the quality for it. As a customer I’m ok to wait another 5-10 mins to get a better quality. I was watching on how they make the pizza. Initially a guy was making it and he did it properly. Then a lady came up and just tossed things in a hurry just to speed up. Domino’s actually has a step called ‘quality check’. It’s just a joke. They should’ve ideally replaced it after the pasta was burnt. By the way the lady was not wearing a glove.

Every time I ordered something from here we had a problem.tonight I’ve been there up to pick up my order and I’ve realized that they don’t even start to prepare that after 35 minutes and there was a man who was complaining about his order and they told him it’s on us because they knew that they screwed up.theres another location on lake forest.ive never had problem with these guys.im here right now and my order got ready in 20 minutes.
