Cupcakes are usually either too sweet or dry but these cupcakes hit the spot! We loved them all! Jocelyn helped us and she provided great service. I seriously love this place! I stumbled across this spot on yelp. I was looking to place an order for a birthday party. They definitely didn't disappoint. I ordered cupcakes and they were all individually boxed.Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. They even texted me to confirm the order before coming to pick it up.I will definitely be using them for all my partiesThanks guys!

Mo Richter was not only extremely friendly but helpful. It was my first time visiting Dots and she immediately helped me navigate the menu and decide which flavors would suit my liking, as well as give great recommendations on some of the best sellers. I will definitely be back!
This Dots location is such a vibe! The worker I interacted with was so helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and was super nice. The cupcakes are DELICIOUS and their seasonal decorations are so cute! I definitely recommend for party desserts and daily cravings :)

They walked me through the menu options, offering recommendations that perfectly matched my venue/colors as well as my needs and preferences making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free (btw, Dina is hilarious!)The cupcakes themselves were a testament to Dots' passion for quality and flavor. Each cupcake was a piece of art, beautifully decorated and presented. But the true magic was in the taste - a perfect balance of sweetness, moisture, and flavor that left everyone at the event asking for more. I have been here twice and both times I have to say that it is one of the cleanest places to go and shop here for food. the atmosphere is in itself a vibe very sweet and a little bit jazzy. However, the best part of this place has to be the cupcakes.For Valentine’s Day, I ordered a variety pack of 12 which gave me a large array of different flavours and different cupcakes to try. But by far my favourite cupcake here has to be the carrot cake cupcake. The frosting is sweet and decadent, while the cake itself is soft with an undertone of carrot by far the best carrot cake I have ever had, but in the form of a cupcake as seen in my photo you can tell that they are addictive as I bought an entire box of them. So good in fact that they are now my wife’s favourite as well. Thank you, to the employees for recommending such an amazing cupcake.
