All You Can Eat Fat! Let's be real, if you saw these cuts of meat anywhere else you prob wouldn't spend money on them. The wagyu is like 90% fat and the steamed meats are just strips of fat. They line it up to show the meat but each strip is mostly fat. By the end of the meal I felt gross. I will say that the ribeye was pretty solid. The veggies were pretty crisp and fresh. The broths didn't have much depth to them, felt like flavored water, especially the pho broth. The fried dumplings were probably my favorite thing, crispy and juicy. But hey if I'm gonna drop $50 for just ribeye I might as well get 2 big juicy steaks and eat at home. Service was very attentive and quick, but pretty impersonal.

I had such a great experience at DPot in Irvine! What really stood out was their pho broth for hot pot—I’ve never seen that offered anywhere else for dinner, and it was delicious and so flavorful. All of the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the steam stacker was seasoned perfectly. It felt hearty yet healthy, which made the whole meal so enjoyable. Even the side dishes were tasty and added a lot to the experience. Friendly service and a lively atmosphere made it a place I’ll definitely come back to!

This was a different experience. The broth and beef is very good, along with the bar where you pick what goes inside your broth.
Some parties are way too loud. Like no consideration for others that are trying to catch up. Service was also okay, our server didn’t check up on us maybe once or twice but it was more of us calling him back to our table. The girl that took us to our table was more helpful in taking our order. And other servers were oblivious to our table. Had to ask for water twice. 😭 but food is bomb at least. It wasn’t really busy either so dunno 🤷🏻♀️

I had such a great experience at dPot Unlimited Shabu in Irvine! First off, the food is an amazing deal,lunch is only $27.99 for all-you-can-eat shabu shabu, including your choice of broth (I loved the bulgogi & pho one), a generous selection from the self-serve bar (kimchi, seafood, veggies, noodles), plus small bites like fried dumplings and chicken karaage. I also got the pyunbaek stacker and went with the galbi eye, so tender and flavorful! And don't forget to ask for the complimentary slush at the end. I got the pear & orange and it was super refreshing Service was excellent, our server Gabriel was so nice and informative, walking us through the process and making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was clean, comfortable, and very family friendly. Great for groups or a casual lunch/ dinner. Everything felt well-maintained and the space had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Overall, if you're looking for a solid AYCE hot pot spot with great service, a ton of variety, and unbeatable value, dPot is 100% worth a visit!
