Got my order wrong. Was charged for a food item that wasn’t in stock. No refund or anything to fix the issue. Never going to a Dunkin’ Donut ever again. This is the second time I have had issues at this store and it’s just not worth the headache anymore. The store associates don’t even seem to care about their job.

Since it's next to UCI student apartments and the pedestrian bridge they appear to focus more on food. We just went in for a cup of coffee.
Donuts and coffee are delicious. I tried the munchkins and they were very moist. The staff super friendly and they exude positive energy. Good place to have a nice cup of coffee.
Honestly if there is one word to describe this place, it’ll be “MID.” Their laTTe is ok but it sure as hell better with a long john. Wouldn’t recommend unless your only other option is Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to Java City instead, they got the best laTTe in town fr fr.

Doesn’t take cashThey are the slowest of all Dunkin I’ve ever seenIt is faster to drive across town paying cash in pennies at another Dunkin’ Donuts and drive back to the area then it is to go through this dunkin.The only way to get reasonable fast food is you have to pre-order on the app 20 or 30 minutes before hand
