Had no option. We just left the place.
Had a most excellent Italian cappuccino with macadamia nut milk. Espresso was so smooth - just perfect. Thanks for the ❤️ you put into your shop.
Take time to stop and see Anna at the grab and go cafe a she is wonderful and always 75 degrees and sunny (if you know what I mean!). Next make a stop to see Jaclyn at the bar. She is nothing shy of wonderful!!!Let’s not forget Jose he is the man!!!!!Mirza is always ready to make you a delicious cocktail or recommend something great to snack on or feast into!!!Mahalo~Jett. ????????The food is Excellent, Fast and always Fresh!!!Thanks Eclipse!!!!
I wouldn’t travel an hour each way for coffee from anyone else!
Always enjoy my coffee drinks and they made the most AMAZING chocolate cupcakes for my son’s birthday!! Everything always more than exceeds my expectations.
Awesome coffee and baking! Super convenient location if you are visiting the spa.
Great job for thanksgiving dinner! For only $28, this was the best deal in town. I think adding alcohol specials would have been a good idea. You could increase your average check by 50% being the soda was $5.
The Eclipse Kitchen and Bar are in the unique lobby of thee Hyatt Regency Embarcadero. This provides a stunning interior view of this still futurist 1973 landmark hotel. After waiting awhile for the host/hostess, we were told to sit wherever we like. It took awhile for the waitress to take our order, but after that the service improved. The food was excellent; I had a yummy burger with a small tasty Caesar salad. The cocktails were well made too. Recommend it!
Servers were very rude and inconsiderate. They charged us for a drink they told us was out of stock (and also for the replacement drink). Overall, not impressed with the service at all plus the food/drinks are overpriced.
We had a large group of 12 but otherwise the restaurant was nearly empty. The service was terrible...extremely slow and unorganized. For the prices they charge I was shocked they had one server on staff but other busser, however those extra hands couldn't help take orders or with food (union mess I assume)

A musoleum has more life than this sterile, industrial place. The "lobby" surrounding is so enormous and industrial looking that you don't feel like it's a dining experience. There are no plants, trees, florals or color. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety including dim sum, hot oatmeal and eggs Benedict. The service was mediocre as no one greeted us as we wandered in. Would not recommend for any hotel guest or outside visitor. Go across the street to Starbucks and grab a muffin.
The décor of this restaurant is cold and impersonal. It looks like the inside of a high tech lobby. When walking in you cannot tell where the restaurant begins. The seating is scattered about the area. Service was slow at first. Took awhile to get our order in but after we did the food came in a timely manner. No quarrel with the food, it was delicious. We had eaten here many times before the renovation but no longer feel comfortable in doing so. It is lacking ambiance.
As we were staying at the Hyatt, this restaurant was convenient. Waited several minutes at the hostess counter before heading to the bar looking for service both times we ate here so service needs an improvement. We were told it's a new restaurant so we were understanding of the kinks that needed to be worked out. The kitchen was solid both at dinner and breakfast. Salads were fresh, fish tacos were great and eggs Benedict for breakfast were the bomb. The kitchen accommodated slight menu changes too. Would give this restaurant a thumbs up in hopes of improved service.
Great spot for lunch or cocktails. We did both. The salads and sandwiches are creative and tasty. Lots of different seating configurations for any occasion. BigBar and plenty of options on tap and in the well. Happy hour is a worthwhile value.
A very big and clean gym with eveything you'd ask for. With helpful trainers and friendly staff.
