Great bagels. I usually get the cinnamon raisin with cream cheese. The coffee is also very good
Quick service and reasonably priced bagels; this must be the only place in a 10 mile radius where one can get a lox bagel for less than $10. However, on two occasions, I requested a sesame seed bagel and was told that none were available to find that not two minutes after my order a fresh batch is brought out. I now find it necessary to ask about what bagels are to come, as less than ten minutes is no bother to wait. It is also also a tad difficult to find this Einstein Bros. Bagel if you know not where to look: it is located inside the Phoenix Food Court, and the presence of the bagel shop is not advertised from outside.

I love Einstein's Bros. Bagels. It is approximately two miles round trip the perfect distance to walk. Amanda, the manager is helpful, efficient and thorough.The best thing I have had was their Egg sandwich. Get the program, order on line and pick it up when you get there. Perfect. Don't forget the coffee.

Excellent bagels, even more excellent cream cheese, but a tad bit expensive. A regular bagel with cream cheese is around 3.50$! Yikes! It is very yummy though and conveniently located on campus:)
Manager was rude when buying and a bit short, but what takes the cake is a charge for lettuce we asked for on top of our bagel with lox. When we received the order the lettuce edges were all dark. Clearly this lettuce was past its prime and was not fresh. The quality was something that should never have been given to a customer. We informed the manager. We will never return here again. Not great customer service, but being charged for old lettuce without quality control is really awful. No excuse for this. Customer service and product quality should be number one priority.
