Just an incredible experience at the drive-through. I wouldn’t leave a review unless this was special and they were so helpful kind polite. I hadn’t been to El Pollo Loco in a while so I had a lot of dumb questions and they helped me customize my order. We’re very quick and charming.

No issues with the food either I asked for creamy chipotle sauce on my classic chicken burrito. Highly recommend it.

One of my favorite lunch spots. Food is delicious. Great customer service. Thank you to Pedro for always taking my order and telling me about their deals/discounts. Other staffs are very welcoming and friendly as well. The place is lively and clean.
