Ordered and they messed up our order one persons wings that were ordered as boneless came to the table as bone in. When the food was brought it was set on the table in front of the wrong people, the person who brought it didn’t say a single word just set it in the table and left. When the wrong item was brought back to the counter to be corrected they had a poor attitude about their mistake. Not even a hey sorry about that. Not a peep from the person who brought out the corrected item. Way overpriced for what you get. Food is just average. Won’t be coming back here. This is the level of service they give and want to be tipped for? Not gonna happen. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location and maybe even the chain.

Honestly not too bad food. Good for late night cravings. Honestly I never leave reviews, but I honestly just had to leave one here. EVERY TIME I order there’s something wrong or not right with it. I find myself always having to come back to get it switched to my correct order. The staff are either not trained well enough or just don’t care. Service is honestly horrible.

Great experience here! We love eating here when we come from out of town but I messed up ordering on the website and picked boneless instead of bone in on over half our wings but they fixed it without any issues! Great service! Needless to say we will be more careful next time. Great wings and food as always!

I ordered 2 order of mozzy sticks with a side of garlic noodles. The mozzy sticks looks pretty ordinary, poor quality small mozzy sticks. Nothing special, just what you kinda expect. BUT, and i mean this sincerely, there was NO MOZZERELLA in these. I was literally given mozzy stick SHAPED fried breadcrumbs. Im not joking or overexaggerating either. IDK how thats possible, i dont even know how you could shape breadcrumbs like that without some mold inside.
Anyways, its all kind of funny now that i think of it. I got my refund through a 3rd party because i couldnt get in contact with them (they dont answer their phone). Horrible eating experience, and im sure that the rest of their food is met with the same quality. 10/10 would NOT recommend even looking in this establishment's general direction when you're hungry, you're probably gunna be disappointed in the end.

The wings are soooo good! Unfortunately they have trouble counting. I ordered a 20 piece and an extra 5 piece. The 5 piece came with 4 wings and the 20 piece came with 18 wings. I would give them a 5 star if they sent me all of my wings. But failure to properly count earns you a 3 star!

It's been a minute since my last visit to Fire Wings and this establishment has only grown in popularity...talk about fire! Friendly service, lots of TVs for sports enthusiasts, a decent craft beer selection and yummy wings that can pack some serious heat depending on the flavor (I recommend the Buffalo Stampede!)…IMO a much better alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings who coincidentally has had a location in the same shopping center.

Bought to go 10 pieces bone in n zucchini sticks. I’ve bought to go home many times from this location usually still piping hot n crispy but this time not so! Wings were cold the zucchini sticks were stale more like leftovers and the portions smaller? Did you sell this location not same owner as before? It was Friday 8/07 between 430-5pm.
