This is my second time coming here and the second time they basically gave me an all rice bowl. There is hardly any meat. I hardly write reviews, but this is ridiculous. I thought the first time this happened was a one off, but it's not. Now that I'm looking at the other reviews, there are a lot of other people who got screwed on the portions. I wouldn't go to this location unless you want 4 small pieces of chicken/beef.

The worker at the cashier (I think it was Mike or Michael) was cheerful, cracking jokes, making it a great experience. The food was also great and affordable for a family, thanks to the deals they offer here. I'll be sure to come back here more often.

MICHAEL WAS AMAZING!! Micheal was so kind and friendly, and also he gave truly great service with checking if everything is correct. The food was better than most flame broilers with fresh beef and chicken. Overall this flame broiler is amazing!!

Food is dry and luke warm. Steak is rubbery. Fresh would definitely be better. Service is robotic, no personality. I should have returned food and asked for money back! I was in a hurry on my 30 min lunch break and had to choke it down so I wouldn't be hungry for the rest of the day. Wouldn't recommend.
Just recently moved to the area 6 months ago and have been to this Flame twice now. The first time I went I ordered a half and half mini bowl and immediately noticed they put less meat than any other flame broiler I've ever been to. There's one next to my work that I would say puts at least double the meat. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again later. The second time was the exact same thing and I decided to tell the worker this time. She told me it's the same amount every time. Well.. that's the issue. You keep giving out small portions here. I won't be back a third time. Will satisfy my flame broiler craving from the one next to my work since they give appropriate portion sizes. I live in the great park community and this could have been one of my rotations of spots to eat but not with portion sizes like that. Hope management reads this and makes a change.
Edit: In response to the owners reply. You seem to be missing the point. The fact that you use a scale and give out the same amount every time is the issue. I will not be coming to your store ever again because there's simply not enough food for the price and it seems like that will not be changing.

Went in at 8:20 on a saturday. They dont close for 40 minutes. All the chairs are upside down already. Very inviting. I order a regular beef bowl i get my sauce and i wait. And i wait. And i wait some more. After about 15 minutes i ask what is taking so long. The girl at the counter said they had to make fresh meat. Thats cool but its doesnt take 15 minutes to cook thinly sliced meat. Barely 3. She laughs at me when i point this out and dares me to make a complaint on a paper form. I get my money back. Very disrespectful. Never been treated so poorly for a legitimate question.

I frequently go this store as it’s one of the most dialed Flame Broilers I’ve been too. On top of great customer service this location also offers loyalty stamp cards and is involved in the community. They also usually have EDM on the radio, which imo makes for easy listening while waiting for my food.
