Let me start off by saying the service is very good and the staff here is very pleasant. The food is Halal which gives them a decent customer base to start with. As for the burgers there’s a lot left to be desired. Without trying to be insulting the burger is no better than a Whopper from Burger King. Asked for bacon on the side and they gave it to me me in a small box…the bacon was not crispy and was a greasy mess. They charge you for store bought ranch and Tapatio on the side. The fries were not crisp whatsoever and you could taste the oil they were fried in. To top it all off it was $20 for a burger with bacon, a couple sauces and a tray of fries.

To the people leaving poor reviews, they’re probably just haters and nothing ever satisfies them. I’m a foodie myself and a food critic. The burger is delicious and those incredible flavors are there. Personally I haven’t had a burger this good around here and this is definitely my new go to burger joint. Staff is lovely, service is quick, and the owners are good people. I highly recommend to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Do yourself a huge favor and go visit Flip Burger ASAP. The service there is truly unmatched along with the staff who truly care about your overall experience. This is one of the tastiest burgers I've tried in a while. Hard to find a place like this now-a-days. Good customer service and great food selection. Best burgers of all irvine spectrum. They also have the impossible meat which is weird to find. I will come back for sure.

Wow probably some of the WORST food I've had in a while.Here's what's wrong:1) quality-the beef was super salty, tasted close to expiration, fries were stale, and even fountain drinks tasted very odd.2) customer service-upon letting them know that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the food, the very nice cashier went and asked the owner if he could refund it but the owner said I would need to get the food out of the trash for that to happen. I'm genuinely surprised to of even heard a response like that but it makes sense given his tarnished food quality.3) pricing-$15 and some change for a burger, small drink, and some fries. That's pretty much close to restaurant quality pricing but at a fast food level. Not only that it's just hard for me to believe that these people charge two dollars for caramelized onions. I have never heard of that before in my entire existence. And they charge $.50 for each sauce.My overall take is that I'll probably never come back here again and it's truly just a failure of a restaurant and a burger establishment. My advice to the owner, a lot of different businesses have stood in your store location. Make sure you can secure the right type of funding to save your business once you get more reviews like this. You should genuinely be disappointed that this is what your hard work has produced. A lackluster burger that genuinely taste worse than dollar burgers from most fast food restaurants.

Best burgers I’ve ever had. Tastes so much better than In n Out and Canes. Will never go back after trying Flip Burger. Best part is, it’s all halal! My current favorite is the Classic Cheeseburger, but super excited to try The Flaming Burger.

This place has become my go to burger spot, even over In n Out & Shake Shack!! Their quality of meat is something I’ve never experienced before. It literally melts in your mouth with every bite. Their fries are just as good, never oily and are fried to perfection every time! In addition to that, their staff is the best! They’re very friendly and always make sure your order comes out exactly how you like it.Bottom line, if you want the best burger in Southern California - Flip Burger is the answer EVERY TIME!!! Their food is simply the BEST!!!
