Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

It was Father’s Day- they were busy, and handled it with grace and kindness. We sat outside on the patio, and the staff went above and beyond! The meat eaters were super happy- I made a Manchego & chimichuri sandwich with their great bread. The fresh pineapple and papaya were delicious! Everyone was having the time of their lives- all smiles. I would have loved to have had a vegetarian black bean option- everything had meat in it.

Lucas was great. Made sure our drinks were full. Checked up on us and made sure we had the meats we wanted. Would recommend asking for him when you come.

Eat here a couple of time and the servers have been good, Lucas was attentive, always checking on us, always smiling. Meets took to long for make their way to our table, some cuts tasted good other were ok.

I’m writing to share my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations on several levels.

To begin with, the service was extremely poor. Our server, Choi, was noticeably rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disheartening. Regrettably, other staff members seemed to share the same dismissive attitude, lacking even the most basic principles of customer service.

It is essential for your team to be trained in soft skills and to treat all customers with equal respect and courtesy—regardless of their race, background, or appearance. Good service should never be selective.

The food was equally disappointing. The buffet menu, priced at $54, was limited and lacked quality. The meat served was neither flavorful nor fresh, and we had to wait long for the servers to arrive. Additionally, the restaurant’s hygiene left much to be desired—there were flies around the dining area, which is unacceptable.

This experience did not reflect the warm, hospitable spirit one expects from a Brazilian steak restaurant. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements where they are clearly needed—in service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.

Everyone was great and made a special night for us! The quality of steaks and salad bar was phenomenal! Special shout out to Mario (manager) and Joseph (steak server) for kindly taking care of all of our requests!

Crazy busy for thanksgiving dinner but. Staff was so incredibly nice and attentive. Would have been 5star across the board but they charged my 12 year old niece as full price and I didn't realize until I left, so make sure to check your receipt.
