Great food. The different cuts of beef were super delicious. The Market Table salad bar was a real treat, full of various unique vegetables and fruits such palm hearts, citrus not found everywhere.

Over hyped. Waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us at the table. Waiter was rude. Won't be going back.

We had never been to Fogo de Chao and are not big meat-eaters. Our waiter, Chris, advised the Farm Table/Salad Bar which was huge and delectable plus a small serving of meat: I chose one, my husband chose another, and we had plenty of food for our lunch. We'll go back.

Overall it was a great experience at this location ,think that our not so great experience was possibly due to staffing shortage

Well, it was a holiday Tuesday and four of us went to lunch. 3 adults and 1 11 yr old. $196 well, the service wasn't great, had to flag them down several times, for drinks, to order a piece of cake, for bread and lastly the bill. the cake took about 25 min, to get at that point we took it to go. the thing is for $196 lunch i expect good service at this price point. the other thing and most concerning thing is this. i put a $25 tip which isn't bad for poor service. they hit my card for a $50 tip. wow good thing i check my CC. i won't be going back, there is always service issues here and for this kind of money i expect more.

We always enjoy Fogo de Chao. The food is delicious. The customer service specialist Hemaya, the host, and servers Enrique and Joel did an outstanding job. Due to the food and service we will dine at this location again soon.

I been here a few times but never have I experienced such poor service and on my birthday . We informed the waitress it was my birthday never received my complementary dessert . I had kindly asked the waitress what were my rewards 3 times she kept forgetting but really it was just the dissociation. We had asked for chimichurri sauce it never came . We had asked about our sides 5 times . (1 time we asked the manager for a status on our sides ) The steak came before and no sides we ordered until we were already leaving . I asked for the jumbo shrimp , they bought a tower in mistake .They came back and it was only 5 shrimps not the 6 it states on menu with no sauce . My group is a very clam group . This whole experience was frustrating we escalated it with the manager . Unfortunately we felt the manager just gaslighted us on the experience we were informing about . My biggest concern is not only was this my birthday cerebration that I will have to remember but it was also my friends 1st time there and it was a negative experience for them . I hope there is retraining or an audit on service here .

Compliments to the chefs as meat was fantastic! However the salad bar was most disappointing. Many missing items. Cleaned out trays and generally messy.

I went to celebrate my wedding anniversary, the services was ok and the quality of the food standard. I visited the same restaurant in Houston and it was better. I had to ask a few times to get some steak after several minutes waiting.

Tiago, Jacinto, and Brooklyn truly made up for the service shortcomings experienced from others. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it seemed that some team members were either overwhelmed by the Saturday night rush or simply not engaged. Our table was located toward the back of the restaurant, which made it difficult to move between the table and the buffet area. The tight space combined with the passadores trying to navigate around guests created a bit of chaos. Additionally, the carpet near the buffet could use a deep cleaning, there was a noticeable odor that suggested it hasn't been properly maintained, and it was quite overpowering.

Meat service was slow at this location. Most cuts were cold by the time it got to our table. I'm used to much better flow at other locations. Perhaps it was a busy night.

The fear waiter we had was ok. He left and our second waitress was not attentive at all. We had our plates and empty drinks on the table for most of our duration at the restaurant. We asked for a refil and waited about an hour for lemonade. She just seemed uninterested. I was super disappointed as I spent quite a good amount of money celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious and the bar tender was amazing.

Uncharacteristically had to wait for meats all night long. Had to ask multiple times for food. Odd and not the usual Brazilian experience. The salad/hot bar does match up to other “brands.” The waiters were really nice and the happy hour wine was good!

Upon our first-time entry to this location, we were warmly greeted and seated. The Market Table Salad Bar was very well laid out with many delicious options. The service persons were very courteous. This is definitely a come-back-again dining experience!

Salad bar is amazingly fresh, meet cuts are perfect and the servers are generous with the portions. Come as hungry as possible and leave super stuffed!
