Freddy is extremely customer service oriented. Sandwich was very fresh and tasty. Location is difficult to find but definitely worth the price.

1. The breakfast sandwich was well-crafted and delicious! 2. The spot has chill ambiance in an office building! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It took about 10 mins! Note: This spot does not have their own restrooms but they may be able to guide you to the building’s restroom area!

Got the pastrami sandwich. Barely any meat on it and they used a panini press to toast the sourdough. Not worth the money. Guy at the counter wearing these expensive sunglasses indoors probably makes more money than I do. Wish I got a picture of him to post it on here 😎

Had an office lunch picked up from here. Everyone's lunch was individually marked and neatly packed. Great value! I would say that the pastrami sandwich was not the greasy pastrami I am used to from the Hat as it is much leaner but it did not lack flavor. I honestly probably not enjoy this type of smoked pastrami on dishes such as pastrami fries, but it works in the sandwich with cheese and dressing. It is a very different experience for pastrami but I enjoyed it. My office enjoyed the food as well. I did not pick up the food but my colleague said the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for more orders in the near future!
*After feedback from Freddie, I found out the Pastrami is made from Turkey! This actually improves my review since this is great alternative to fattier pastramis.

I had the pastrami burger it was fire it had peppercinnis to add a little kick probably the best thing on the menu I also had the bacon ranch club which was just as great the bacon was crispy and everything. Try it out.

I've enjoy eating lunch at Freddy's Deli because the staff are super friendly and food is delicious and made to order. My favorite items are the breakfast sandwich and turkey sandwich but everything has been delicious. Dishes are made fresh to order. I recommend checking it out as it is close to John Wayne airport.
Freddy is always keeping his menu fresh and trying new things. I've tried their new pre-made chicken sandwich today and it was excellent and fresh. The chef was super nice to offer to heat the bread and it was perfect.Airport. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for lunch and the food was absolutely delicious! The guy at the counter was super generous gave me a free soda and didn’t even charge for the avocados 🥑🧃. You don’t see that kind of kindness often. Great vibes, great service, and seriously fresh ingredients. Definitely coming back!

Never expected to find a Deli inside of a business center building, but it was a gem!
The food was great and they had a number of options for healthier foods to the point where I had trouble choosing.
Everything we saw them cook looked great, and we talked with the owner Freddy while we ate. He's a great guy who clearly cares about people, which is why he got into the food business, and was very generous.
I will definitely stop by next time I'm in Irvine and recommend to my friends and family.
