Easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in Southern California, Freddy is one amazing cook and business owner and made the entire experience worthwhile. His Deli has its own charm to it hidden away in a very unsuspecting spot in a business center, making it feel like a speakeasy but for amazing food (and really good cold brew). If you are in the Irvine area it would be a crime not to give this place a try.

This place is amazing! I was about to update my review when I discovered I never wrote one! Yikes, live been here at least 10 times, have had different sandwiches and burgers they are all amazing. I love their Taco Tuesday menu. The in house sauces are some the best I've had in a while. Service is quick and responsive to needs. Freddy makes you feel right at home. If you're looking for outstanding food this place is for you.

I stopped by at this Sandwich Deli place in Irvine Business building and change my perspective about sandwiches. Not a big fan of sandwiches, but after trying Freddy's Grilled Chicken Pesto Sandwich, that changed. I could eat this sandwich couple times a week. Freddy was super nice and he put so much love and passion in his work. No shortcut, and all ingredients are fresh! I tried the Cold Brew Coffee and the Ginger Soda, it was very good. This is a must try place.

It is rare to find a place that checks all of the boxes these days, but Freddy’s does exactly that! Food? Excellent. Service? Above and beyond. Very friendly and courteous establishment. I will definitely be coming back here and encourage others to check it out as well. (Breakfast burrito was great)

The sandwiches here are to die for. Not to mention, the area the shop is in is extremely low-key and extremely fast. Freddy is sooo attentive and really makes you feel at home in his shop. He's extremely sweet and he will recommend you something, just explain to him what you're craving I definitely will be back. Thanks Freddy!!

10/10 breakfast burrito. Love that they use organic cage free eggs. Their salsa was the best I've ever had, top notch. Service was fantastic, very sweet lady who really knows how to cook! We came here in a rush on a short break and our food was ready quick. This is a hidden gem!!! Definitely recommend!
