Used to frequent this place a ton back in the day - I’m talking like years and years ago. They used to make incredible tenmusu (shrimp tempura rice balls). I visited recently and while the noodles are still really good, their tempura is bad - nothing like how it used to be. The oil they use seems old and the batter isn’t as delicate as it used to be. The noodles are a safe bet but I wouldn’t get anything fried here.
Good food but inconsistent quality, especially the Chilean sea bass. Normally the sea bass is great but it was overcooked during my most recent visit on Dec 29, 2024.
Also the restaurant operates as take out only although they have limited seating. So you order and they give you the food in takeout containers but you can sit at the restaurant and eat if you choose and seats are available.

I remember pre-covid, and this place had an atmosphere, service, and decent food. On my latest visit, it's stuck with disposable everything: cups, spoons, udon container, and a flip up box for rice - all served up in a plastic bag. This was actually for in-house dining during my lunch hour. It was kind of weird.
As for food, it is pretty much the same as the disposable...
