Hours are not updated. Wasted time to drive here. I'm sure there are better places since most cafes are open late due to business.

Loved the food I got here today, the fried noodles I got is very delicious and not like many other noodles doesn’t have too much soy sauce, I’ll be going back to try other food, got boba coffee and the sweetness was perfect, most places make it too sweet but this was perfect ?

They have a lot of things to buy, starting from walkie-talkies to food. Their boba is great and cheap! Great serviceKid-friendliness: They are nice, and sweet

One star because of poor service. I asked the cashier lady how much longer it would take after about 7-8 minutes waiting my order. The lady said, 'The person who ordered before you is also waiting. Didn't you see them?' I was shocked, I didn't expect this kind of response. Also, I didn't know what that person had ordered. When I entered the restaurant, that person was already waiting. Without letting me know how long it would take for my order to be processed. She was telling me they needed time to process the food so and so. All the information that I couldn't do anything with it. She gave me inpatient face and told me that people ordered before me were still waiting.I didn't want to argue so I just waited quietly for my order. My friend recommended this restaurant to me, but I think the food is just ok.

I've been coming to this place for a couple of years now. In the beginning, I was only ordering their drinks which are great by the way. My favorite is rose tea which I normally have hot and you can customize the level of sweetness. I've also tried their iced lemon tea, Thai milk tea, taro and so on. Then one day I decided to also get a snack there and my go-to is their green onion pancake - it's so good! Light and crispy and so tasty! I've also tried their popcorn chicken and it's pretty good but not my favorite. Overall, a solid little place!

This business certainly has changed, it was originally called the "Tea Station" and it was the first place I had boba tea. It has different workers, so it may be a different business now, but it still sells tea. The name sounds a bit dorky now, but it's a nice little business. The prices have changed, it's seems a bit on the pricey side (go figure it's Irvine) but it has a quiet little place to eat. I usually drop by here (or the J&J Bakery) to pick up lunch. Since they got rid of Sam Woo nothing really feels the same, and there are a lot of teenagers who hang out here. It's a good place, worth checking out!

If you're from the OC area, specifically Irvine, then you know majority of the stores close really early. Well, fear not!! This place closes at 11:30pm and I was able to get braised pork rice and popcorn chicken at around 10PM!! The popcorn chicken was just okay because the breading was very clumpy, but I'm sure it'll be better if you come during the day. Since I came before closing, the breading was probably clumpy already! The braised pork rice has a lot of flavors! Not only that, the pork belly literally melted from my mouth !! So delicious!! And they also gave me some side dishes and a soup! I will come back to try their teas because not that many places in the area seems to serve hot teas in a tea pot!

Me and my girlfriends frequent this restaurant after we attend our church for quite some time now. We love hanging out here. Place is small with only a few tables inside but there are a lot of seating outside. During the summer, we order and eat/hang outside and in the winter, we stay inside. The owners know us already. Sometimes we bring a group of maybe around 15 ladies and we move tables/chairs around inside and he does not mind it. We do put them back when we are done hehe! There is a great assortment of teas/desserts and savory meals/snacks! My favorite is their Kumquat Tea (hot or cold)! I usually order it cold and it is so refreshing!! We also love their selection of snacks from popcorn chicken to katsu curry and everything in between like takoyaki, sweet potato fries, chicken wings, squid balls! The owner is so nice! We usually stay till closing and he has to advise us lol as we feel so at home here we forget the time!

Cute little place in a good shopping center. Got the Taro milk tea. Super good and refreshing. The employees are so sweet too.

I'm a big fan of Taiwanese pork over rice and this place has the best version of it. Plenty of sauce and the pork is juicy and delicious, and it's all very affordable! The drinks are also great. Highly recommended!

Drinks were okay. Food was not good at all. We spent $50 for food we didn't even finish. The chicken was not crispy it was super oily and rubbery! Won't come back.
