The service is always fast, excellent vibes, very kind employees. I will visit again when I arrive in town.

I have tried to buy from this restaurant 2-3 times in doordash and EVERY SINGLE time the order gets cancelled. The first I can remember they waited over an hour from when the order was placed to cancel it saying they closed. And today just now at 2:20 I received a cancelled order saying they have closed again. Well sounds to me as if this place doesn't want to stay open and if I'm fact they r closed they need to update doordash for gosh sakes.

Kinda mushy classic burger. Avocado bites and yucca fries tasted sadly like crispy balls of oil. The point of eating in a place like this is to feel that I'm eating a little more healthy. However just felt like he was eating balls fried up fat. No thanks

Loved the crispy hamburger

The Classic is the best burger I've had for the money. Perfect ratios of meat, bun, lettuce, and raw onion. I normally go for brioche buns but what they use is even better. The meat is juicy and flavorful. I rarely leave a Yelp review but felt compelled after reading ridiculous reasons behind all of the low ratings. I'm thinking the competition feels threatened UPDATE: The Classic has been replaced by the Crispy Burger. Difference is it's smaller, "well done", and thereby Crispier. I'll pass.

Was so disappointed with the service and the food. The food was overpriced and the burgers were super skinny and burnt. We came here because of the fry roulette but was not going to pay $40 for a fry tray. The service was absolutely horrible. The cashier had no clue what he was going. Was also very disappointed they no longer had there magical shake. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

This place sucked... 40 dollars for the fry platter. Worst of all are the sauces... What a disappointment theyre not even good... They are all nasty u got ketchup, tapatio, tobasco, and more stuff that comes from bottles... Good idea God awful execution.

I think they were having a rough day - I felt bad for the staff. There was only two staffing the place when I went during regular weekday lunch hour, so the cashier girl had to keep rushing back and forth between the kitchen to help out. I ordered first in my party, and sat back down at our table first. After 5 minutes, my colleagues' orders from other vendors started ringing up. After 10 minutes my colleagues were halfway through their lunch. After 20 minutes, my colleagues were about done with their meal. I still hadn't gotten my order from Ground House ‍. After about 25 minutes I consider cancelling my order but my ringer buzzes. Welp, for that wait - the burger buns are burnt crisp black , and the patties have been overcooked so that all the moisture is gone and taste like crispy jerky ‍. I guess it worked out since I decided not to order fries. I got my fries in the form of those crispy patties in the end. I could see from the kitchen window that they were still frantically trying to catch up on orders. It wasn't the staff's fault - someone needs to manage that place better. I won't be returning here though . That was a $13 dollar meal.

The pictures on the board make the burger look amazing, but this was probably the worst burger I've ever had. I don't even think I'm exaggerating when I say that a McDonald's cheeseburger might be better than their Crispie Burger. It was actually cold when I ate it. Also, I've been there a few times with some coworkers and only ate there because they wanted to try the Fry Roulette and the Magic Burger, but the few times that I've ordered a DOUBLE burger, I always end up with a single patty. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if their burgers weren't so expensive. $12 later, I had my last cold Ground House Burger. I won't be back. There are way too many good options at Trade Food Hall to waste your time here.

We drove far to come try these burgers out but it was closed. On there website it mentioned they would be open and also on thus Yelp page but nothing. Definitely call before going.

Honestly I was so hyped to come here after seeing it online. I literally had friends drive from Woodland Hills so we can try it. They didn't have items that they do online. I made my burger a double for an additional $2. I honestly wish I got a picture of it. I mean if seen bigger burgers in happy meals. We got the wheel with a bunch of fries and stuff $40 alone. We spend almost $100 here and it wants what I thought it be. I mean they obviously busy and still in business so more power to them. But I definitely don't see myself coming back for those prices. The burger patties were flat like I mean thin, and I love me some char but these burgers looked like hash

Excellent Burgers! I ordered the BBQ Bacon and Crispy burger and both were really good. I had seen they had different shakes before, but now they only have vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.

Hit or miss. I guess don't use GrubHub cause they said they "just got the order" (after 15 min of purchasing online) and that I still need to wait another 15-20 min. After 30 min (45 total), I decided to cancel order, so I can go back to work... hungry. They let me keep the coke that came with the order though.

So this place is in an outdoor food court in Irvine, and I must say. It's more of an Instagram hype than anything The food was okay. The fries were definitely not fresh. If anything, it was very greasy and not very flavorful. The sauces varied, but none of them stood out to me. There was one sauce in particular that tasted like paint and still haunts me to this very day. If you're looking for something to post on social media, go ahead and get the roulette. But in my opinion, it's overrated and overpriced
