Incredibly rude staff who wouldn't seem to stop laughing at me and other customers. Management needs to reassess their staff.

This is my favorite Poke place so far. Generous servings and the freshest seafood & veggies. Try to add on Spicy tuna roll or California roll with your Poke at $5.25. They're pretty good.

This place has incredible poke. The only thing keeping me from leaving 5 stars is the amount of food you get for the price. Much smaller portions than many others in the area. Also, adding avocado costs $2 ?

they don't close at 9pm. apparently they close at 8:50. i showed up right at 8:50 and they were ALREADY cleaning everything up and had almost everything put away. a worker told me "sorry we're closed". i said that i thought they close at 9:00 since that's what it says online. he said "nope sorry we close at 8:50". please update your times online because we rushed over to try and get some poke 10 mins before closing and we were denied service.

Taste excellent!! Seafoods are fresh, dressing sauce is good, price is good also. Recommend!

Beware, the protein portions are cut in half for the same price, service is awful with non friendly and pushy stuff, they don't even bother to answer any questions. No wonder why it was so empty will try other poke places from now on.

Came by on a weekday night about 30 minutes til closing time. The dining area was closed off for dine-in (Togo only). Had the 2-Protein choice and had the Tuna and Salmon with all of the toppings along with a splash of Yuzu Citrus. Overall it was a decent meal in terms of taste but the portion sizes were a bit small.

Came in on a Friday around 4:40pm and ordered a poke bowl for my daughter and 3 rolls that came with miso soup .. my daughter finished her poke bowl before I even got 1 roll ... I had to go up to the counter where all the staff were on their phones to get the miso soup that comes with the rolls. I finally got the rolls and they were delicious- worth the wait!

My dad and I visited for the first time last night. The food itself was good, the portions are nice for the price, and it wasn't the best poke I've ever had but the price of the bowl and the freshness of the ingredients make it worth having eaten. Since this was my first time I didn't realize that you could get an extra or "free" scoop of either spicy tuna or crabmeat on top of the three servings of protein that come included in the bowl. So I approached the counter and the girl asked me if I wanted either spicy tuna or crabmeat, and since I'd already decided what I wanted I told her I wanted both of those. She then said okay, one of those will be free. Looking back, I can see how from her POV what she said made complete sense, but since I wasn't aware you could get one of those IN ADDITION TO the three proteins included and I had chosen those two as two of my three, the way she phrased it confused me, and I thought she was implying that there was going to be an upcharge for the two other proteins of the three included. I stepped back to look at the menu to see if it would help me understand what she was saying, but couldn't figure it out. (There's a red starburst bubble on the proteins panel of the menu that says in very tiny font that you can get an extra scoop of spicy tuna free but I couldn't read it at the time...) I forget what phrasing she switched to but I ended up having to say clearly that I didn't understand what she was saying. I even glanced at the girl standing by who was waiting to add the vegetables and sauce to see if she would be able to help and I got a brief smile from her but nothing else. I don't even remember what kinds of questions I was asking while I was trying to figure out what the first girl had said but it finally clicked--she was saying that I could get a free scoop in addition to the three included proteins. Once I understood I clarified with her and she barely even nodded. I then declined the free scoop, and said thanks but I'll just stick with the three proteins. When she clarified with me she said "so you don't want the third protein?" and I just said yes that's right even though I didn't appreciate the phrasing. I chose my three proteins, two of them just happen to be ones I could have gotten EXTRA for free. I'm nitpicking now, but the whole exchange was so unpleasant, she barely gave me any help and just answered me with nods or blank stares and toward the end I think she rolled her eyes (or closed her eyes so I wouldn't see her roll them). I have a medical condition that makes it difficult for me to even feel a sense of appetite at all while I'm in the middle of a flareup, so I didn't want four servings of protein and was fine with my three, not that that's anyone's business...! I wasn't just being stubborn or difficult, though the way she was reacting to me made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She did not phrase herself clearly when "explaining" the free scoop, and I won't say that's her fault because maybe that's how she was trained to explain it, but I simply didn't understand what she was saying and then just didn't want the free thing she was offering... :-( My dad, who was standing right next to me during this whole exchange, didn't even hear one word the girl was saying the whole time and as soon as we sat down asked me so what was going on/what was she saying? Other reasons for my rating: -the store doesn't answer the phone. My dad left his sunglasses in the store and he lives in South County. I ended up driving over to get them in person without even knowing if they were there (I live in Irvine so I could afford to do that). My dad said he called several times in a row between 11 and 11:30 and nobody ever answered. -the employees, who are pretty young looking, maybe undergrad age, have strange attitudes and demeanors. When I went back this morning to retrieve my dad's glasses, there was a kid

I've been a loyal customer of this poke restaurant for over 5 years, and it continues to be one of my absolute favorites. The consistently fresh ingredients and welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back for more.
