The first time I was here, the ramen was just so-so. I tried it again today and the tonkatsu ramen was great this time. I added the spicy sauce to the ramen. The spicy tuna rice and salad weren't really that great, but the ramen makes it worth it. Edit: tried it a third time and the ramen was great. The spicy tuna rice wasn’t great, but the ramen was goof.

One of the best ramen I had around Irvine / southern California. Very busy crowds during peak hours, especially during work day lunch hours...parking can be a pain. I prefer shio ramen; shoyu also very good, but taste too strong I feel. Their rice bowls are also top notch.

I went to NiroNori Craft Ramen yesterday and had a really good experience overall. The food was excellent – everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The service was also very nice, the staff was attentive and friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was that it felt quite noisy inside, most likely because the restaurant is a bit small. I also think it would be wonderful if there was a patio area, as it would give guests a more relaxed option to dine. Despite that, I left satisfied and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Incredible bowl of tonkotsu ramen. Had lots of depth of flavor but wasnt too salty or heavy. I loved the watermelon cucumber water, the side of broccolini, and the noodles were perfect.

I come to the store on Monday and join to the waitlist and I wait for an hour and the people come behind all get inside but not us. The people on the waitlist people us also come infront of us . It ridiculous that for an hour waiting on Monday.

We ordered ramen combo with chicken and Tonkotsu, the secret is in the broth it taste very nice and delicious, an extra garlic and spicy paste was offered as well, they add 17% as a service fee (optional) but you can cancel it and pay whatever you want to support the small business. Overall experience was outstanding and we will be going back!

One of the best ramen spots in OC! The tonkotsu broth is rich and flavorful. Chashu is flavorful and soft. Staff is friendly and efficient. Karaage is crispy, juicy, and delicious. It’s not covered in thick batter as well.

I happened upon Hiro Nori while visiting friends, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The space is intimate yet charming, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend trying the Tuna Crispy Chicken, which was outstanding. Service was excellent as well, with staff who were attentive and courteous throughout. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
