Designed like a small quaint Japanese restaurant in OC with A quality ramen.

Tried to order online, the checkout page didn't work so went toorder takeout in the store. Told the cashier about the online order experience, and he said they were having technical issue today.
Waited for 40min before got the food. During waiting, I went inside the store because it's cold outside. I was asked to wait outside. However, there is one caucasian lady waiting inside..
Finally got my order, but found out the lid was not properly placed, the soup was everywhere inside the bag when I got home.
In terms of the noodle itself, I ordered less salt, but got the regular level of salt (trust me you can tell the difference after eating 20+ bowls...)
Once I finished the salty ramen, I found out my credit card was charged for the unsuccessful attempt to order online... (contacted them and was able to get refund)

This place is incredible especially their vegan ramen. I am not vegan myself. However, I love the vegan sesame flavored ramen with charred broccolini. However, I find it be overpriced and not so much value for the money. Staff is great and enthusiastic and the creativity is profound.

Great delicious ramen options perfectly seasoned and put together well with great sides. The brocolini is by far the best I've had, crispy with great seasoning. I just wish there were more than 4 tables inside especially on cold days.

This is an outside dining review. You go in order and they bring the food to you. It's a food court. The service was friendly and fast. The Ramen was delicious. I go here often. The parking sucks.

There's no better tonkotsu ramen place than this! Add some garlic and spicy sauce (for free), on the side, to make the broth taste deeper
