I wanted to order fruit tea, but they ran out a lot of fruit teas and no more green tea. So I had to order TaiChi Golden Black Tea Latte (because they had no more green tea). I sub milk for oat milk and syrup for organic honey 75%, but when I drank it, the milk didn't taste like oat milk and sweetness didn't taste like honey, more like syrup. Also, no tea taste (or because they had only little bit of tea left?) at all. Not worth my over $8 for this. I'm pretty sure they didn't make it correctly like what I ordered. Not sure it's because the barista didn't pay attention or didn't tell you that those stuff also ran out as well. I'm really disappointed at this location. Last time, I had fruit tea with organic honey at Tustin location, it was pretty good. And trust me, I can tell the difference between fresh milk and oat milk, syrup and honey. Also, when I stepped in, some worker was standing there, but didn't say hi nor offered to help. That's not good at customer service. By the way, the location is not too big, but with cool decors, cool tables and chairs. I hope the owner can read this honest review to improve and not to have it happen again.

What I ordered: 7/10: Mountain Rock Tea Latte - $5.99 + $0.75? (not sure) - tasted watered down :( - tea flavor was decent, roasted/nutty - boba was yummy! brown sugary and good texture Ordering is done on the kiosk at the counter, so there isn't much service here! There is only one large table with several seats and a long bench. The drinks we ordered came out pretty quickly, but they were pricey for what it is. Although my drink was not the best, I would come back to try their other drinks like the fruit teas! Drink: 7/10 Service: 7/10 Total: 7/10

a very nice, clean and modern aesthetic interior that has some seating available. there's a self order kiosk to order from, and I believe they take cards only. Their drinks are pretty refreshing! There were a lot of fruit bits in my drink which I didn't really like. not sure if there was an option for me to remove them. can't tell the flavor of tea from the intense cheap perfume/cream the barista left on the lid. Unwipe-able. A mouthful of gross-ness in every sip! (went home and dumped the tea into my own mug fixed it)

Drinks: Mountain Rock Tea Latte (5/5) - really appreciate that we can taste the tea plus real milk (and not creamer) Overall: 5/5. it's probably my brother's favorite, if not second favorite, boba place. If only it was slightly cheaper then we would probably come more often LOL

I got the cheese cap mountain rock and it taste creamy, the tea has a good flavor to it. The Boba is soft and sweet unlike other place. Overall 4.5/5 stars.
The boba brown treasure on its own is a 5. But the tai chi sesame green tea latte was chalky, the jasmine green tea latte was lacking flavor, the mancoco yellow treasure was just alright and the boba needs a bit more sweetness in its recipe as well as needing to serve the boba with a bit more of the boba "sauce" because the boba is kinda bland and not sweet enough which doesn't add enough sweetness overall to the drink like most other places do. Also, the boba wasn't warm im not sure if it's because the drink was shaken before serving or because of the lack of boba "sauce". I want to love this place so much because I love what they stand for. I love that they offer organic teas and fresh fruits and real ingredients.

Located in a busy plaza, but I was able to find parking just fine. There's a giant tablet that takes your order but the people in front of me were taking a while so luckily a human came out to take my order. I got the organic sesame rock with cheese cap. I like that they show the caffeine levels since it was the middle of the afternoon and I still wanted to sleep at night and this drink was labeled low caffeine. It had great flavor and at 50% sweet, that was just enough sweet for me. The cheese cap was fluffy and added some salty savoriness to the drink. My order came out in just a few minutes. Plenty of seating especially with this interesting giant white hilly table thing and there are some seats outside as well.

We had higher hopes for this place given all the positive reviews but felt a bit disappointed. We got the Mountain Rock Tea Latte and the Blackberry Mountain Rock Tea. The milk tea felt very lackluster and kinda watery without much tea flavor. The pearls were just okay, not as bouncy and fresh as we've had at other places. The blackberry tea was just okay as well. It felt as if the whole was less than the sum of its parts - as in, it was nice to have so many blackberries but it's not that special apart from that. You may as well just eat a pack of blackberries from the store and it was about the same. Interior was cute but felt really quiet and lonely since no one was inside to greet us to answer any questions. The long table looked pretty worn down as well.

Oh HNTea, you have changed me. You are now what I look for in a good milk tea! Sooo soo good! The tea flavor comes through very strong! Perfect sweetness always and so many teas to try! I will be back over and over and over again for these incredible milk teas :) Sleek interior with a wonky table. Not great for sitting to study but who cares, the tea is the best around! Order on a self serve tablet, grab your tea and another to share the joy that is HNTea ;)
