I will say that I grew up on Persian food. My mother cooked it every day. I’ve been to many Persian restaurants all over CA. What I find interesting is the difference in Kabob Koobideh, whether it is the texture or the seasoning. Kabob house makes a pretty decent kabob koobideh. I had Baghali Polo here and that was one of the greatest dishes I've ever had. Soooo soft and fragrant rice with super tender lamb. I'll definitely visit again before I leave Irvine.
