You be the judge if this is worth $300, including the tip.When I returned to get this fixed, they said it would be an additional $100.I’m not sure how it is my fault that the highlights are uneven, and no matter which angle you look at it, it looks like a mistake.When I showed my frustration, the owner had me escorted out of Spectrum by security.No negative review can do justice to how horrible their customer service is and the actual service they offer.Of all my worst experiences, this is in a league of its own.

I finally visited a professional and fantastic salon in California! My stylist Dennis did exactly what I wanted and actually did better! I don’t need to look anymore ? He is excellent and listed and understood what I wanted and did it to perfection. I can’t say enough. I don’t need to look anymore. I’ve found my stylist in Dennis and Salon in House of Lang. I highly recommend Dennis and House of Lang. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review but I had to coz I’m so happy.
