I love chocolate and I got a chocolate chip cookie, so I’m not that hard to please, but this was probably one of the worst cookies in my life. Lacking taste, absolutely undercooked and soggy, inedible. $6.50 for one! This place needs to go out of business soon.

Stopped in to get an after lunch cookie treat. The chocolate chip, corn flakes, marshmallow cookie was awesome!
Top notch customer service from an associate named Nikaan! Between his outstanding customer focused service(hard to find these days) and the great tasting cookie I can say two things: First, highly, highly recommend and Second, I will definitely be returning with the family and for my companyxs catering needs!

Second time here, and the same rude chubby guy is still working with zero customer service skills. No greeting, no smile—just a bad attitude. When I said “Hi, how are you?” just to get his attention to understand how how he'd expected greeting customers, response was a cold “What can I get you?

For a place that spends so much on decor, it’s shocking they keep someone so unprofessional at the front. Won’t be back, and I’ll be warning others too.

this is my go-to work break snack place, and i’ve never waited more then 30 seconds for my cookie. they are so nice and welcoming here i love them

Found a larvae worm in my Hudson Cookie at Irvine Spectrum—absolutely unacceptable. This points to serious hygiene issues where ingredients are stored or baked. Even without the worm, these cookies are not worth the high price. They’re overly sweet, fall apart from being too crumbly, the marshmallow is stiff and unpleasant, and the cream tastes like cheap sugar paste. Overpriced, low quality, and clearly lacking proper quality control.

The best place about Hudson’s was the atmosphere. The cookies we bought were dry, doughy, and overpriced. $30 only gets 4 cookies, and we were quite disappointed for what we paid for.

The best desserts hands down at Irvine Spectrum. All the employees are super inviting. I recommend the smores cookie!

I paid over 26. for cookies (4) . we all got sick. I called the store and they denied it was from them and I couldn’t prove it!
