We went in thinking we would be getting freshly baked cookies, instead we got old cold cookies that were mediocre. Doesn't taste as good as it smells.

Mediocre cookie, overpriced for the size, and unwelcoming atmosphere. I got the Chocolate chunk and was surprised that the dough lacked sweetness and overall flavor. The ratios of fillings to dough was off too. It was certainly unexceptional and not worth the price or hype.If you look around the store you’ll also notice no less than 6 or 7 “do not” signs. It makes the store very unwelcoming. They had more signs telling me to not touch things than they do for the cookies themselves. (I was not there with kids btw). Yikes. The best part of the store was the employees. Very helpful and kind.

Excellent and deliciousWe went for my daughter’s birthday and she and every family member loved the cookie they chose. I even was able to get a gluten free one, because I have an allergy, and it was amazing! It made me double think if it truly was gluten free or not, but they definitely promised it is, as well as being vegan on top of the gluten free. We will definitely be coming back as a family. The service was awesome too and there is even a decorated floral wall to take a photo too!

The smell of the store is divine and it will definitely drag you in. The cookie itself was good the first few bites, but the experience regresses the colder it gets. The price point is a bit steep, but one every now and then won't hurt.

Walking past Hudson's Cookies, my husband was immediately drawn inside to take in all the delicious treats. I had a sandwich cookie that was a ginger/molasses type cookie filled with a vanilla bourbon cream and OMG was it huge....and delicious! My husband had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie along with a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. We gorged ourselves back at the hotel room but thoroughly enjoyed every bite!Is it pricey? Yes. Are they gourmet cookies? Yes. Did I feel it was worth the money? Heck yes!

Solid 2.5 stars. I came here to try out their cookies tonight but their prices are steap! $6 for 1 cookie. Maybe it's because they gotta pay for that Instagram worthy backdrop they have going on?? The worker was sweet, and I ended up ordering a brownie... the most expensive brownie I've ever ordered at almost $9 with taxes. That lovely brownie tasted dry and was more cake like than a brownie and I ended up tossing it. Maybe that did me a favor as I'm trying to eat more healthy anyway. No more Hudson's cookies for me.

I liked the cookies here in the past; they were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chocolate pecan cookie I ordered today was disappointing, unfortunately. It was less like a cookie and more like a scone. The inside was too spongy for a cookie and I think they overbaked them. The worst part is that they're seven dollars! When did that happen? I'd consider getting a cookie again in the future, but honestly, I won't be coming back for that price. I would have been better off getting the Bristol Farms cookie, like I was debating; It's half the price and twice as good (as this last time anyway.)I do like that they have a good variety of cookies, though. The place is also super cute and photo worthy and the staff is usually really friendly. I hope they take this review into consideration and bring back the same quality of cookies, or even better, for the future customers.

The aesthetics drew me in. It's beautiful inside. There was not a long line on Friday night around 9 p.m., so I treated myself to a chocolate peanut butter chip cookie, one of my favorites. When she rang me up, it was $7 for that one cookie! Whaaaa?! Plus tip, over $8. Omg, too much. I tried a bite of it, and I regretted buying it right away. I'm a total cookie snob, and this cookie was not worth $7. Flat out. Point blank. No. Will I return? No way. If I'm gonna pay $7 for a cookie, it better be out-of-this-world good, and it was not. I'm so sorry to have to say that. Service and ambiance were nice, but the product--no. I'm not a fan of Crumbl cookies either. This has the same vibe. I give Costco cookies 1/5. Crumbl 2/5. Hudson 3/5. My favorite cookies are from Paderia and The Cookie from Bristol Farms.

Overall, I love the cookies and brownies. However, flies being able to fly on them turns me completely off! When I mentioned it to the employee, he swiped them away with annoyance as if I was being ridiculous. This will definitely keep me away. They should be behind a closed container, not left out like that.

The smell was amazing and lured us in. We ended up getting 8 different cookies as we really couldn’t decide which ones to get. The Oatmeal Butterscotch Salted Caramel immediately caught my attention. Excited to taste them all, we settled on just two right out of the store. The shortbread chocolate chip was just okay. We’ve had better elsewhere but at least it was baked all the way through. Now for the oatmeal butterscotch salted caramel, it was nice and crispy/cooked on the edges but once you got toward the center, it was raw. I immediately went back inside to exchange the cookies for a cooked one, but I was politely told that they don’t do exchanges or refunds and pretty much I had no options to make it right. The employee, (Elaine, I believe) gave me the spiel that, that is how the cookie is supposed to be, gooey in the center, but I showed her that it was raw. She “promised” me that it was completely cooked and that I need to let the cookie “settle” as it just came out of the oven 30 minutes prior. Feeling helpless and frustrated, we left with our cookies, raw and all, and decided to take her at her word and let it “settle.” Eight (8) hours later, I try the cookie, and it’s still raw in the center. I don’t know how long we were supposed to let it settle but it doesn’t seem reasonable that the cookie is not consumable after 8 hours of letting it settle. I’m sure must of us know how raw cookie dough tastes, and it was still raw.We still haven’t tried the other six, so if they are subpar or dangerous to consume, this review will be updated. I just wanted to get this posted as a warning to others who were promised that their cookies were fully cooked and safe to eat.

pricy but you get what you pay for. the cookies are very good and flavorful however would not recommend the snickerdoodle, it’s just a sugar cookie dipped in white sugar
