(2-4-2026) The meal and service was great! I went at an odd time (9pm) but the service and food was still great. Please note that the food they serve is quite large so if you are with your parents or grandparents they likely can share 1 dish (2 people = 1 dish - size wise). I had the western omelette w/ out sour cream and it was tasty I ended up eating through half of it before remembering to put on ketchup. (I was hungry)

As someone with gluten and dairy intolerances, this place has truly made me so happy. They offer incredible gluten-free waffles and pancakes that are always fluffy, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s rare to find options this good!
They also make an amazing Smashburger — my go-to is the mustard-fried with caramelized onions (so good). And their iced vanilla lattes are the perfect treat to top it all off.
10/10 would recommend for family breakfasts or even late-night dining. Such a gem!

I decided to order in person after having a decent experience with delivery in the past. Unfortunately, the service at the counter was not great.
I was told online orders are cheaper, but when I checked, the prices were the same. While I was actively placing my order, the staff stopped helping me and assisted someone else instead. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism—there was no apology and no acknowledgment that I had been made to wait.
The food is okay, but the in-person customer experience needs a lot of work.

I was told that ordering online would be cheaper, but when I checked, the prices were identical. While I was in the middle of placing my order at the counter, my order was suddenly paused so another customer could be helped first. There was no apology, no explanation, and I wasn’t even asked if I was okay waiting.
The food itself is fine, but the lack of basic courtesy and organization made the in-person experience frustrating. Customer service really needs improvement.

Then, while I was in the middle of placing my order in person, the staff interrupted my order and took another customer instead. What made it worse was that the gentleman didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge the interruption, and didn’t even ask if I was okay waiting.
The food may be okay, but the customer service was unprofessional and disorganized. It made me feel ignored and unwelcome. I expect better treatment when ordering in person.

I Heart Pancakes is a great place for people who live an active lifestyle and often eat later than usual. They’re open until 2 a.m. and located near a college student community, which makes them super convenient when you want real food and not just fast food.
The pancakes are very tasty — soft, fluffy, and not dry. Even the basic pancakes are good on their own, and with toppings they’re even better. You can tell they’re made fresh and with care. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable; you can come alone, with friends, or as a couple and still feel relaxed.
The staff are very friendly and genuine, not fake-nice. Even late at night they stay polite and helpful, which makes the experience better. Overall, I Heart Pancakes is a reliable spot with good food, a warm vibe, and great hours. If you’re nearby and want something simple and delicious, it’s definitely worth visiting.

I don’t say that very often, but I was taken aback at how bad everything was, it took 15 minutes to order and I had to call a random server over to take the order! Then I ordered a dog bowl and it didn’t arrive with our food, we had finished our meal and the server told us they were out of all the ingredients except the chicken and without checking in, she just said she ordered a side of chicken instead. $8! For some chicken for a dog. The prices are high for basic diner food. It was also odd that the place was pretty empty for 10am on a Saturday…that says a lot, I can never get into a breakfast place on the weekend at 10am.

I went there for my friend’s child’s birthday party, and there were a lot of guests. They did an amazing job managing everything and serving a variety of food. The service was well-organized, and the food was delicious. Great experience overall.
