I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but today’s visit was very disappointing. I ordered a Double-Double and found a bug in the lettuce. This is completely unacceptable for food safety. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their ingredients are thoroughly inspected and cleaned.

This has to be one of the busiest innouts in the nation, especially because it’s next to UCI. So obviously during lunch hour, it’s very busy. So they need to send out staff to clean and clear tables every few minutes. They don’t do it. I don’t know why. And their lemonade machine is not working. I don’t know why. The sodas don’t taste right. I don’t know why. I could manage this place better than they currently are.

However, price has gone up so much past two years that now, there are other options for similar quality at similar price range, such as Habit Burger and mom & pop burger joints. Still better than overpriced and overrated Shake Shake and Five Guys. Expect to pay 50% more at Shake Shake and 100% more for Five Guys. Ridiculous.
