The women cut in line for the drive through, but the staff can do nothing and ordered for her. I believe she will do it again and again with In-N-Out as she can always cut in the line without any problem.

It took 30 minutes to get our food. We won't go again during a peak period. Perhaps not at all.
Tables were dirty and the floors were so sticky and crew was cleaning but no one got a mop or knew how to properly clean the tables.

As French tourists, visiting In-N-Out was a unique experience for us! The food was delightful, and we had the pleasure of meeting an incredibly kind staff member named Dinora. She was exceptionally helpful and patient, making us feel truly valued. We hope she comes across this message and understands just how much we appreciate her :)
Born in SoCal. Lived most of my life there. Moved out state. When visiting SoCal, my routine is: I fly in, get my luggage, head to the nearest In-N-Out Burger, then to the hotel to enjoy my Double-Double, fries, and a large pink lemonade. In-N-Out is one of those places you miss so much, when they are not your State. They are the best Burger ever! When you see the pictures of their food is exactly what they get. Not those other places that the pictures look great, when you get your Burgers its flat with wilted lettuce.
Average burgers that are high in sodium, fries were horrible.

The food was really great and not too expensive (special mention to the tomatoes of the hamburger which were excellent).Me and the friend I was with met a really kind staff member there, Dinora, who kindly helped us to understand how things worked. She was also super nice to talk with.From a ‘nice’ Parisian tourist :)
