Inchin’s Bamboo Garden

Went there to try Indo Chinese at lunch. Waited for 15 mins to be assigned a table. The server Sarvesh was nice and friendly but the food was horrible. Something as simple as chilli prawns was so bad..that one thought even roadside ‘thela-s’ made better Chinese food in India. Son took a Malaysian chicken dish with parathas..that was worse than the chilli prawns. Sarvesh recommended Chicken tom yum soup..there was nothing Tom yum but chicken pieces in Rasam (yes, the same owner runs the Southern Cafe next door and may be they share the kitchen too!) Overall…super bad experience. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. They don’t have the skills or the intention to run an Indo Chinese restaurant.

Never uber eat from this place
They over charge for the quantity you get ,June 26 2025 I placed a order from uber eats I ordered one paneer 65 along with malaysian pratha and rasmalai
The rasmalai was almost $8 and quantity was sooo low and as soon as I opened the pratha there was dead fly 🪰 on it and I already made complaint against this restaurant

This Restaurant should be closed. Worst food they are serving. My wife and I both got sick 🤢. Their food is terrible and very unhealthy and oily. I am not sure what hygiene they use and what they are adding into their food. 🍱 Given enough chances and every time I tried this restaurant always get sick. Completely stopping to go there.

We had ordered Dry Cauliflower Manchurian, Chilli Baby Corn and Fried Rice. Manchurian didn’t taste like manchurian at all. Plus they charged extra to make it dry not sure why.
Overall Food was bland, lacked the indo chinese flavor.

Can’t comment much on the service as we had picked up food.

Overall the food here is extremely bland and tasteless. The manchow soup was slightly bitter and lacked taste. We had to return back the hot garlic paneer and fried rice as it was so bad. Will not recommended this place anymore. It used to be better earlier but now it’s just an overpriced place with subpar food.

Everything was good except the service at the restaurant! Hope they will see this review and make that happen
They have some nice dishes in the menu which we tried out and were quite tasty
The fried ice cream is a must try

It was a 2 hr drive from TO to get to Irvine to eat at Inchin Bamboo. Well worth the drive as the indo Chinese food was yummy . Tried the lat mai paneer, Hakka noodles , burnt garlic friend rice and spicy mango chicken 😁

Extremely disappointed. I spent $22 on a soup bowl for my sick brother and they gave me a little cup of soup. Then when i asked for a refund, they denied me.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this business has left me no choice.

I purchased a $300 gift card on December 28th, 24 and canceled it the next day. They assured me that I would receive a refund. On December 31st, while dining out with friends and family and spending around $500 on food, I inquired whether I could use the gift card for payment since I had yet to receive the refund. They told me to pay with my card instead and assured me that the refund would be processed within a week.

Fast forward one and a half months later, despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refund. This has forced me to file a dispute through my credit card company.

I’ve been in the U.S. for 13 years, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

The mixture of traditional Asian cuisine and Indian (I understand, they’re also Asian but different) threw me for a loop. The food was fine though, we first had the veggie egg rolls, then I had the butter chicken with garlic naan, while my wife had the chow main. The place looked amazing, and the dishes they used were very beautiful. Service was fast and very polite, and dishes came out quickly.
