Cookies taste amazing don’t get me wrong, but service is lacking. Nothing is ever done on time… last five times I’ve been there, I’ve ordered ahead and had to wait 20 minutes after my planned time.
I’m not sure if it’s because I order at night ex: 8-10 pm. The workers are kind, but sometimes don’t seem like they know what’s going on.

The staff was very friendly, and although there were only two ice creams on the menu, I asked and was told that I could order one, so I ordered a cookies and cream ice cream. ($4.75 per ice cream)

Another great location to get really big and tasty cookies, really late. Open as late as 1 AM, you'll be able to get hot and fresh treats like Peanut Butter Cup Chunk, Triple Chocolate Chunk, and Smores Cookies straight from the warming oven. Always stocked with milk and ice cream to satisfy your late night sweet tooth craving. I was a little bummed they were not serving almond or other alternative milks, which I could get at other locations across the U.S.
Vegetarian options: Four Vegan cookies available. Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip, Vegan Birthday Cake, Vegan Chocolate Chunk, Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk. Non-dairy drinks may be available.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Gluten Friendly options are available. (IMPORTANT, made in a kitchen where gluten-based items are also made. Not recommended for those with Celiac disease.) Note, multiple cookies are made with peanuts and tree nuts, along with wheat, egg, soy, and dairy, so bear this in mind if you have a sensitive food allergy.

The cookies are really good, but some flavors don’t do well with me. The service is good especially that the store opens later. Take out is your best option, but you gotta eat the cookies before they get cold.

I hate to say this but it was a real let down I had been wanting to go there for a really long time and I was so excited I was so stoked I really it's not just because it was built up in my mind I mean store-bought cookies from the grocery store like no name generic brand or better than this I'm sorry to be honest they actually got me sick I have been debating whether or not to call the company because I was like throwing up sick the next morning I knew they looked a little bit undercooked but I didn't think it was as bad as it was it was just basically warmed up dough the girl that helped me was awesome though she was amazing great customer service I really don't want to write much else

Previously we had insomnia cookies in a different location and it was quite lackluster. We got the cookie sandwich with ice cream and it was much better than expected.

Insomnia cookies is always delightful especially for a late night sweet treat! The ice cream favors are on par with the cookie types. I would say though if you get ice cream on top of a cookie, the cookie is tough to get through and requires strength. Flavors that I recommend are cookie dough and the mint chocolate chip! Most of all menu items are shareable. Got 3 ice cream scoops and a cookie and share it. We almost didn’t finish ot but we pushed through. Also it’s not that crowded at 12 am and the service is especially nice and helpful even when we were confused :))
