I love the regular açaí bowl at this place, but it comes out to $18 after tip. This price is highway robbery, especially since you can’t really split it in half and save the rest for later.

I LOVE JANS
Ive tried so many things on the menu and everything is SO fresh and so good!! It’s the perfect post gym protein meal/snack to get.
I loveeeee their chicken salad, my favorite way to have it is with their protein salad and it’s delicious and I don’t like salads so that says a lot. And then they add this crunchy chinoa on top and its chefs kiss. If you’re in Irvine, you need to check this spot out!
And the service here is just as refreshing as their food, they’re so nice! A must try!!!

Go to healthy lunch option and great, friendly staff
Wish they have a place in NV Summerlin! They place has great protein smithies and food! Especially after a workout or a healthy food option on the go… used to go here all the time and I was a realtor for a healthy food option!

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned as a Celiac Customer
I researched this place thoroughly after a long week of traveling and was excited to finally try it once I got to California. I have Celiac disease and eat strictly gluten-free. I found this spot on Yelp, saw they had gluten-free, vegan, and “healthy” alternatives, and even called ahead to confirm they had gluten-free bread. A young woman answered and assured me they did.
When I arrived, I ordered a sandwich and immediately requested gluten-free bread before saying anything else. I also got spring rolls for my boyfriend. While ordering, I asked the cashier if the place was fully vegan, as the menu was confusing — some sandwiches come with vegan bacon but other regular meats. She explained that only the bacon was vegan, and they’re trying to move away from meat. I thought, “Perfect, I love vegan food.”
As I started eating, I couldn’t believe how good the sandwich was — too good to be gluten-free. I went back and asked the cashier to double-check. She looked it up and realized she hadn’t charged me for gluten-free bread and had given me regular. I was absolutely shocked and immediately panicked. I’m Celiac. This is not a diet preference — this is my health.
She also mentioned the chips I had (chips and salsa-style) weren’t gluten-free either, because they contain soy sauce? I’ve never heard of soy sauce in tortilla chips — and I’m Mexican ! and regardless, that’s something your team should clearly disclose with people like me but I get it, I didn’t ask for it myself. Tortilla chips are naturally gluten free not sure why it’s a good idea to add soy sauce to it but I get it.
There was no refund offered, no sincere apology, just a casual, “Do you want another sandwich?” after I had just finished the one that will make me sick for days. Why would I want another sandwich after ingesting something dangerous to my health?
This was incredibly disappointing. I usually don’t eat out precisely because of this risk — and now I’ll be dealing with a full-blown reaction, rash, and days of discomfort, which will impact both my personal life and my ability to work. I truly hope the owner reconsiders staff training around food allergies and takes allergen safety more seriously — especially if you’re advertising yourself as a health-conscious restaurant.
I do not recommend this place to anyone with food allergies or intolerances. It’s simply not worth the risk.
The fiesta bowl was so flavorful!
Great food! Amazing staff and great vibes every time I come here!
Love this place!

Only two thin slices of turkey in the sandwich. It would have been good otherwise, but for the price it was incredibly disappointing.
Yech! Here's a solid example of people trying to seem vs. actually being. It's not enough to stick an avocado onto a logo and call yourself a healthy food place if the food is anything but.
