I'm absolutely enamored with this Orange County gem, where the owners are incredibly friendly, the coffee, food, and snacks are always delicious. I couldn't wait to try their seasonal coffees, like the Autumn Bliss, which truly captures the essence of the holidays.

I’ve been a customer here at Java hut since the beginning right after the grand opening about four months ago. There is definitely a big difference now that it’s under new management. I come here for coffee ,snacks even breakfast. The owners Sam and Tam are the most graceful, gracious, friendly people ever. The food and the coffee and all the other treats that they have here are out of this world. I encourage you if you’re in the area to come by and treat yourself to a great experience.

Ok so here is my genuine opinion about going a few times. First of all food is good, just as good as previous owner. Nothing in terms of size has changed in that regard. Service is also very friendly the new owners are very nice from the few interactions I have had with them. My biggest issues are the pricing shift, before a breakfast burrito (same size and quality mind you) was half the price. It included Eggs, potatoes, ham, cheese and salsa. The new ones contain only eggs, potatoes and salsa. adding a protein is 2$ more. The price changed from about 6 $ to 12 dollars (with protein its only 10 without) Which to me is a huge jump. The second item i had recently was their sandwich which also jumped up in price and if you "make it a combo" you get chips and a drink. I preferred when it was just I could add chips or a drink and didn't have to pay for both when I didn't want both. Overall, I feel this is a mid-place for the current prices in comparison to the previous owner. The reason its 3 stars compared to 4 was that there wasn't a change or wow factor in anything to jump it up. If I were to make suggestions it would be to make the cost worth it ( I can get a larger 12$ burrito else where) and then offer chips or drink separately.

I usually get my breakfast at Donut Star or Starbucks every morning. I decided to try Java Hut Express today , I sure am glad I did ! I ordered my traditional go to - 12 oz. Americano , with oat milk , honey and vanilla syrup the coffee was just done right . I also grabbed for my Breakfast Bagel with turkey , avocado , pepper jack cheese & veggies (onions , tomatoes & lettuce ). Everything was Incredibly refreshing, this will be my new favorite place for coffee and breakfast items .
The original person who ran the stand got bought out. The quality has plummeted and the prices went up. It went from 3$ for a delicious and beautiful cappuccino to 5$ for a complete failure of a cappuccino. Tragic. I would go here all the time, but I will not be going back .
