Love the sandwiches there but they always give me shit for wanting to grill my sandwich and every time i come in they say the cheese is going to stick to the grill, are you sure? yes i'm sure for the millionth time just grill the damn sandwich without asking.

We order from the faunce corner Jersey Mikes every week- today we had a big order and I was very clear on the specifics. The person (female) who took my order even repeated it back to me exactly how I ordered it. When I got it home there was a huge mistake- I ordered ham and cheese with NOTHING ON IT-no toppings at all- it came mikes way and the young boys who ordered it would not touch it. When I called and explained the problem, the girl actually argued with me and told me I ordered it wrong. She was actually laughing at me and implied it was my problem. She was incredibly rude, and shouldn't be working with the public-- it was a huge struggle to get her to accommodate me- I even brought back the sandwich made in error to get a new one. Fortunately, the manager was more supportive and gave us some coupons for future sandwiches. But this girl- whoever she is- made my blood boil- she should be out the door . Horrible experience. Nasty nasty person.

Well it's nice inside. The guy's working there were very polite. The food came fast. But the food was all just blah. I had tuna and it was really bland. I didn't bother finishing. There is no real flavor at all. My other half had the Philly with everything (the most limited list of options I've seen in a sub place) and was unimpressed. Nothing was bad... but not worth having again. As my other half put it, it has all the price and half the flavor of the top competitor.

We ordered two boxes of sandwiches for my son's 9th birthday at the beach. When the sandwiches arrived we noticed they had failed to follow our directions and cut our sandwiches in half. Since our party was at the beach we were not anticipating having to cut sandwiches ourselves. I called and the management said they would compensate us with one sandwich. Today I showed up at the Jersey Mikes and they failed to keep our name on the board and did not keep their word. The manager was present and did not even have the decency to fulfill what had been told to us over the phone. I'm super dissapointed and will never be ordering from Jersey Mikes! They didn't even have common courtesy to keep their word or honor the what they had told us over the phone. Horrible experience which will keep me from going back there!

Jersey mike app has got to be the absolute worst application created. i have dealt with terrible apps. i canwork around their failures and terrible configurations. But Jersey Mikes seems to be built intentionally to make failures. As an application developer, I cannot imagine who they made it to intentionally be wrong except to make money on reorders. Do not use this application. Do not use this website. You will get the wrong order, the wrong location, something and end up paying for other folks to eat for free on your dime. Maybe, just choose a different company

I like Jersey Mikes. Their subs are consistently good. It's just sad when the service isn't as good as the food. I went in a couple of days ago, and as I was walking in the employee kinda just stared at me. I'm not the type of person to demand a friendly greeting, but why am I just being glared at. It made me feel uncomfortable. After waiting in line for a bit, it was my turn to order and then the employee just says "Do you know what you want?" with a serious face. None of this really bothered me until I had to pay and the tipping option appeared. Customer service is not something I'm ever picky about when ordering from fast food/fast casual restaurants. However, if you're asking for tip, the least you could do is be a little nicer during our very short interaction. A simple "Hi what can I get for you?" shouldn't be too hard... I know I'm not the only one that's had a negative experience, since my friend recently complained about the same thing earlier this month. He tipped and once the sandwich was ready, they left it on the counter without a bag. He kindly asked for one, and the worker opened the bag, then slid him an open bag and the sandwich separately. My friend complained, "Why am I tipping if they won't even put my sub in a bag. I'm getting treated the same or better at any other fast food restaurant without being asked for any tip" I think the manager just needs to train the workers to provide a little better customer service, that's all. Maybe the guy that helped me was just having a bad day, which is completely understandable.

The staff is very well managed by Ty and efficient . They are also very friendly and show courtesy to all their customers.Ty is a true Jery Mike's professional. If you like sub sandwiches with a smile that welcomes you when you walk in, I recommend the Jery Mike's at Von Karman is a great spot.

I have come to this location before and they are always very nice but tonight was really impressive! They received a big order right before mine so they were a bit delayed getting to my order, and they were so nice. They gave me a free drink and cookie for being patient. It was not their fault but their incredible customer service will have me coming back more often!

The food was good. Service was TERRIBLE. We came in 30 minutes before the closing time, but there were still a few customers coming after us. There were two employees, the guy with a mustache and brown hair was VERY NICE with us. The other one was a skinny dude who was SUPER RUDE. I don't know if it is because we are Asian or something but he ordered us with an attitude. This is my first time here, I have always wanted to try this place for a long time, and now we have the opportunity to try it. It took us about 10 minutes to decide what we wanted to order, and he just like "You want to order?"," What do you want?", and" Anything else?" keep in mind, he ordered me like I was the one who took all the money from him. His tone was very angry, also, when he made the sandwich, he slammed the cabinet, making a loud sound, just like he made sure I knew he was angry. I thought it was only me thinking too much, but when another customer came in (she was not Asian) to pick up their orders, his response was very soft and nice " Have a good night ". Us? Not a single reply except " Here you go" when he handed us the sandwich. I was going to give a generous tip separately to the guy with the mustache because he was nice to us but can't help thinking that they were going to share the tip. So I just tip off the card suggestion. I like the food but maybe I will try at a different location. I feel terrible that the guy with the mustache has to get involved in this.
