Not sure if it was just the day but they could not handle online orders. I ordered 10-15 minutes a head but then stood there for an extra 10-15 minutes waiting for my order. I watched my co-worker stand in line, order a hot sandwich and get his sandwich before me. I almost got in line to have them make my online order as it would have been faster. Uber Eats and DoorDash are destroying their online orders and something needs done.
Now I just got an email that I picked up my order at 12:22pm which is not true. I did not get my order till 12:30-12:35pm.
Management needs to see there is an issue with online pick orders so they can fix it.

I went to buy a sandwich after work since my friend recommended me Jersey Mikes. Little to my knowledge, I went 10 minutes before closing. But the workers were super awesome and nice and they had my Italian Sub ready in less than 2 minutes. They were the most efficient workers I'd ever seem. This will definitely become my new go to spot!

Big Mike, on 11/13/25, I placed an order for a number 8 with light mayo. I want to give the highest regards to Mr Mike who prepared the sandwich between the hours of 5pm and 6pm. Mr Mike deserves a raise. Than you Mikes.

I had a terrible experience at Jersey Mike’s. The short guy with a beard was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be taking my order. No greeting, no manners—just pure attitude. It felt like I was inconveniencing him by simply being there. Definitely won’t be coming back if that’s the kind of service they allow.
I just visited this sandwich shop with my 8 year old daughter cause we love this place but the night was such a disappointment. After trying to order the club sandwich with bacon they said they were out so we decided to move out of the way and let others order as to not hold up the line. Once three people orders we came back up and the girl working named Aisha said they were closed and refused to make a sandwich for us even though we had been there for sometime. She said well you don’t come up and they did. This was such a sad reflect where good help and hard work is found these days. The other worker named Alex was in the back he was polite but didn’t say anything when he heard her refuse our order. The close at 7pm, we were in there at 6:48 pm and tried to order again once we got back in line at 7pm. We used to eat here 2 x a week but now not so sure we will.

All the jersey Mike's I have been to for the most part do a great job on their sandwiches but their staff isn't always that great, maybe they should recruit some employees from In & Out (just saying) a little customer service goes a long way.
My sandwich was ok. I've been to several jersey Mike's location and their bread was fresh and tasty. I don't know if their not making a new one since it's almost closing time when I visited. I was expecting more since their price is kind a pricey. For sure I'll buy jersey Mike again since it's my favorite sandwich place.
Staff is freindly and welcoming. They do a great job of putting together sandwiches.

Jersey Mike’s has become my fav sub sandwich shop! Jimmy John’s deserve no apology…
This place is the reason why I miss Wawa, it's okay at best but if you've never had Wawa then I understand how it can be considered good. Wawa just uses fresh, quality bread and ingredients, maybe it's because it's on the east coast but Wawa definitely makes a better Italian sandwich or hoagie if you're from the East Coast!
