Very disappointed because I’ve had great experiences at other Mikes locations but this one had extremely poor service. I have celiacs and despite that many locations have been extremely good about accommodating gluten free orders. This location was not, they did not care despite me telling them about the concerns. They used the same knife and same gloves to grab toppings right after handling bread. Ultimately I could not risk eating my order and will not be returning to this location in the future.

If I could have given a zero I would have. The staff there was not friendly. The girl with the long box braids seemed annoyed that I was there the other girl was sitting on the counter on her phone. Needless to say I won’t be doing back.

One of the workers after preparing my sandwich, he practically threw my sandwich at me by pushing it towards me so hard it almost fell off the counter, he was not friendly at all, whatever issue he was having I felt like he was taking it out on me THE CUSTOMER.
I waited in line and the worker there didn’t greet or say anything to me. He just continued to look around. I was the only customer waiting inline. After 2 mins I asked if I can order now and he said yeah. Poor service. If you don’t want to work there you should quit and find another job
