I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jimmy John’s, and especially about Christie, the catering manager! From the moment I walked in, she was an absolute delight. Christie’s positivity and energy were contagious—her genuine warmth made every single person who walked through the door feel incredibly welcome. She took the time to engage with everyone in such a friendly and caring manner, creating an atmosphere that was so inviting and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone with such a natural ability to brighten up a room!
And of course, the food was fantastic! As always, Jimmy John’s delivered fresh, tasty sandwiches that hit the spot. But it was Christie’s exceptional service that really stood out. Placed a $250 catering order the day before, called and confirmed my pick up time. Showed up the following day and they had no clue about my order and were slammed with other orders. No actual Manager on duty during peak lunch hour, no preparation. The line worker making the sandwiches said he was the manager on duty. This catering was for an important lunch event. Lost my business, I have no trust or faith in you guys. How in the hell does the night manager not make sure their day team is ready for this???

I like Jimmy Johns no matter the location. I do notice a variation in taste from time to time but as long as the bread is fresh, it will always be good.
Vegetarian options: There is just one veggie sandwich, #6.

I recently ordered a 30-piece party box from the Jimmy John’s on MacArthur Blvd in Newport Beach, and it was fantastic! The sandwiches were super fresh, perfectly portioned, and a huge hit with everyone at our gathering. The variety in the box was great, and it made catering so easy.
The staff was incredibly friendly and had my order ready on time, even during a busy part of the day. Everything was packed neatly, and the bread was fresh with that perfect balance of softness and crunch. The overall service was outstanding, and the location itself is clean with convenient parking.
If you’re looking for quick, delicious food for a group or just a regular meal, this Jimmy John’s does not disappoint. I’ll definitely be coming back for both personal orders and future parties!
