A customer at Jing's Kitchen asked me to share his experience, and I feel like I need to stand up and let others know how awful this place really is. The man had been waiting for 50 minutes for what should've been a quick order, and when he politely asked about the delay, the female server's response was shocking. She told him if he said anything more, she would make him wait another 20 minutes! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This kind of behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable. After witnessing this, I won’t be coming back, and I would recommend everyone stay away from this place.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this restaurant. The server was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like she was looking for a fight with the customers. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and on top of that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and felt outright racist. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a place to avoid if you're looking for decent service and a welcoming environment.

I’m honestly shocked by how bad my experience was at this restaurant. The food was terrible, and it was clear that there’s zero quality control in the kitchen. Portions were small and lacked flavor. On top of that, the service was absolutely horrible. The server was unbelievably rude, and online orders were left waiting for an eternity. It felt like they couldn't care less about their customers, whether dining in or ordering online. Save your time and money—I'll never be coming back!

The food here is amazing and they give you your money's worth. I am used to going to panda express and getting a 3 item plate and still feeling hungry afterwards. I ordered a 2 item plate from here and was unable to finish the whole thing. Now I have some tastey leftovers. The quality of the food is also very good!

Literally waited maybe 5 minutes at max from ordering in person to getting the food!Now the food tastes fresh and light! I ordered the soy sauce chicken plate and well worth the purchase!
