This place was good until today... We went there and see the $10 discount for $40, and we try our best to get it to $40, and we pass it plus tax. However, Keith (the order lady) refuse to give us the $10 discount, saying there are errors in the system. The 1 star is for her serving attitude. The food also degrades than before, the portion is smaller compared to prior.

The chicken was very tasty and crispy. We got the half regular and half spicy and the spicy was definitely tastier. There was a long line and it was abit loud with some kids running around but can't really fault the place for being popular.

If you doing online orders don’t assume that your orders are ready once you arrived at Jollibee. I notice every time I place an online orders and arrived to jollibee to pick it up my order, my order is not prepared yet in the time it said to my online receipt. They will only prepare your order once your there when you asked for your orders. So keep this in mind if you planning to place an order at Jollibee once you arrived make sure to talk to them telling that “Where’s my order ? “ or “i have online order.” And for sure they will prepare your order. If you don’t do this you will just stand there with the rest of the people not getting their orders and not knowing they haven’t prepared Your orders. Also, keep in mind they will not stop and talk to you when you stand there even if it’s busy or not busy they will just walk and look at you and not asking “do you need any help?”.
This is my personal opinion if you want to get your food fast it’s better to order it in person in the register than placing it online.

I really think they’re all doing their best; but someone in management needs to either limit the amount of third party orders they take a night or hire more staff… or move into a large building. I waited 30 minutes for my online order and the girl next to me waited 50.

I would give Jolibee 4-5 stars, but they never have “spicy” whenever I go..about 6-7 times! So, not gonna try anymore.

In the seafood restaurant. I’m sure I didn’t get the right thing. I got the tenders but there’s just nothing to it. Chewy lackluster flavor. Giving a 4 star bc I don’t doubt it has some better options. Just don’t get the tenders.
