Been looking for a good fried chicken place. While in the phillipines last year, I ate jollibee and loved it. Just found this in irvine and tried it out. Crispy outside and moist inside. Highly recommend. 👍

Located inside a store, on a Saturday it was very busy, mostly picking up clients. Wait time for our meal (2persons) was over 25 min. The fried chicken meal as tasty but nothing super special. The 12 piece meal was all dark meat and we were not asked about options if we had any! The presentation was typical fast food in a tray, chickens in a bucket and sides clean. No hand wipes, and any special sauces. Drink fountain, typical fastfood, with Pepsi brand. Price equal or more than KFC and Pappys! Over all, if you crave fried chicken and no options, it will do...

Super delayed service, we ordered online and we got a message that our oder is ready but on the counter they said is not ready yet and we waited for 30mins more, and the lady in the counter did not say anything when we followed up our order, she’s mean and burned out with her job, she needs a seminar or be trained again

Absolutely trash management. Order through mobile app, and It said order ready but actually is not when I got there and it’s been an hours!!! I waiting one more hour and still not ready! They messed up orders, customers who ordered after me were served first!!! Ridiculous!!!! Not sure what happened with the order process. Employees are rude. No one wanna talk to you when you ask about your order. Not getting my order done, and wasting my 2 hours to get nothing! Absolutely ridiculous!
