The services and foods were terrible! I decided to try it because of all the hype over it, which I usually don’t follow but I wanted to try the chicken to see it for myself. The chicken is crispy, but it lacked a whole lot of flavor. It’s like battered chicken you can fry at home yourself with no seasonings. I ordered the original to actually taste the real flavors, but there were none. It was very disappointing and worst of all, the customer service was horrible! They were so rude. Most of the girls there were just so rude and unhelpful. They even gave me eye rolling and negative looks for no good reasons. I am use to that, but it’s still disgusting behavior. I ordered my food online in advance and it said it would be ready between 30 minutes to 1 hour. I never had to wait that long at other fast food joints, including KFC, Raising Canes, Chick Fil A, or Popeyes. I will make an exception for casual sit down dining, semi casual restaurants, or upscale restaurants. This was absurdly unacceptable. As soon as I walked in, the female supervisor saw me at the pick up line and I was the only one there at the time. She looked at me with a negative expression and attitude and quickly turned away. She didn’t even greet me like a decent person with common courtesy should. I smiled and waved at her for assistance and she finally approached me to ask what I needed. She was totally fake. I told her my name and that I was there to pick up my order (obviously). She then went back to talk to her co workers, because they didn’t have my order ready yet. They had almost an hour and they still didn’t have it ready. What were they doing that entire time?! They made me wait over 5 minutes longer and I finally called attention to another girl who sincerely helped me. The girl went back to see if my order was ready and the package was sitting there for the last 5 minutes or so on the rear counter. They are so unprofessional, unhelpful, and disgusting. The place was filthy as well. Who is running and managing this place? I am never going back mostly because of the bad services. Food and chicken were not impressive so I don’t know why people are overrating jollibee. Are they totally brainwashed jumping on the bandwagon or something? Food was so bland. The only thing that was different and enjoyable was the warm peach mango pie, but again I have tried better pies at other ethnic restaurants, so it’s no better than theirs. As far as the chicken go, Willie Mae’s in Venice California, is the best! Jollibee doesn’t even come close as being good and yummy as KFC, Popeyes, or Chick Fil A, let alone Willie Mae’s. People need to stop and really evaluate things without influences, trends, popularity, and bad advices. Stop jumping on the bandwagon and being brainwashed. I do not recommend Jollibee, especially this location.

Food was terrible. Restaurant was dirty. They didn’t even give us any utensils to eat with and then had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to help address it. Sorry Jollibee not impressed. Waited 15 minutes for chicken tenders then got three chicken nuggets that were not even edible. Crispy fried rubber. My wife and kids got spaghetti and chicken said it was good.

I ordered a Chickenjoy Meal for $10 which comes with 2 pcs Chickenjoy, a drink, a side, and a pie. I wasn't given the pie, and when I asked why, it was because they rang me up for the Chickenjoy combo, which is just 2 pcs Chickenjoy, a drink, and a side for $9.99. They insisted that it's because it says the combo on the receipt, but I told them that I asked for the Meal and they wouldn't honor it. It's unfortunate and wrong to be scammed by a business like this. I’m not even sure why there’s the exact same menu item minus the pie for $0.01 less, especially since they’re using it to scam their customers.

Their spaghetti is different now Apparently the vendor got out of business only for the US locations. The sauce is no longer banana ketchup based. But you would literally get at like a high school cafeteria which really sucks.
Been to most other Jolibee locations in Southern California. This location for some reason has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Servers are immensely rude even when treated with upmost respect. After ordering, they proceeded to make fun of customers in bisayan/tagalog (regardless if they know you understand). As another fellow filipino, please do better and train your servers to atleast pretend to be kind

Quick service and happy employees too! Jollibee Owner: or Manager: would you please consider opening a location in the Temecula Valley? There are really no good fried chicken restaurants here. We need Jollibee!!! Please?????
