Someone needs to speak to the owner of this location nobody ever answers the phone here and the customer service is terrible when you walk in the girls that work there never smile and look like they are miserable.

Pretty disappointed. I stopped by at 8:00am to order a drink, and online it lists that this location opens at 8:00am, but the store was closed. The open sign was on, while the lights were off, so I thought maybe staff was in the back getting ready to open. I waited until about 8:10am and the doors were still locked. I also tried calling the store, but there was no answer.
I ended up leaving around 8:15am and went to Starbucks instead, which was frustrating since I was specifically craving a natural juice drink.
I’ve attached a photo of the front door showing the lights off with the open sign on. Hopefully, this helps management address the issue.

Often get the strawberry wave. My daugher gets the same thing. Came in earlier, the drink was not made as it usually is, a bit off, not sure why. Did something change?

Customer service was unprofessional. I needed time to look over the menu and I felt them staring and bowing their heads down out of boredom which made me uncomfortable. I asked how their Horchata smoothie was and the girl taking my order did not have have good things to say about it other than it tasted like cinnamon. Shouldn’t you be trying to upsell the customer? I also misread something on the menu and they laughed at me for it. Smoothie was good, just poor customer service. Will go to another location moving forward.

The Mexican lady with the tattoos on her arms seemed very annoyed with taking my order. I asked if I could Substitute Banana for pineapple and she said she couldn’t do it even though I get this drink every single time I go to a juice it up. It was also empty so I don’t get the attitude. The past couple times I’ve been coming to this location The workers have been very rude. I don’t expect five star service, but I don’t expect Instant disrespect, but I just want my smoothie

I placed a pick-up order on the Juice It Up website this morning at 9:07AM. I received an email confirming my order would be ready at 9:17AM. Upon arrival to the store, I found the doors to be locked with no one inside. According to the website, they opened at 8AM.
Perhaps the online ordering system for this location should have been turned off. The system happily charged my card for my order even though they were closed.
I’ve called a few times today and no answer. I’ll be calling again tomorrow morning to get a refund. If I am given any trouble regarding a refund, I will be reporting this matter not only to my bank but also to the FTC for fraudulent business practices.

Terrible service, I waited in line for 10 minutes, I was the only person in line, when they finally helped me they told me I had to wait a little over 20 minutes... there was only one worker, she told me to basically leave, I will not be returning, the girl was very rude, however why was there only one person working? She looked stressed and tired with many orders, even though she was rude she shouldnt be alone and make a single costumer wait so long to just take their order!
