The Mexican lady with the tattoos on her arms seemed very annoyed with taking my order. I asked if I could Substitute Banana for pineapple and she said she couldn’t do it even though I get this drink every single time I go to a juice it up. It was also empty so I don’t get the attitude. The past couple times I’ve been coming to this location The workers have been very rude. I don’t expect five star service, but I don’t expect Instant disrespect, but I just want my smoothie

I placed a pick-up order on the Juice It Up website this morning at 9:07AM. I received an email confirming my order would be ready at 9:17AM. Upon arrival to the store, I found the doors to be locked with no one inside. According to the website, they opened at 8AM.
Perhaps the online ordering system for this location should have been turned off. The system happily charged my card for my order even though they were closed.
I’ve called a few times today and no answer. I’ll be calling again tomorrow morning to get a refund. If I am given any trouble regarding a refund, I will be reporting this matter not only to my bank but also to the FTC for fraudulent business practices.

Terrible service, I waited in line for 10 minutes, I was the only person in line, when they finally helped me they told me I had to wait a little over 20 minutes... there was only one worker, she told me to basically leave, I will not be returning, the girl was very rude, however why was there only one person working? She looked stressed and tired with many orders, even though she was rude she shouldnt be alone and make a single costumer wait so long to just take their order!

I work outside sales so I’m constantly going to different juice it ups almost every single one has let me down at some point. I order the same thing every time large dragon, fruit, Sunset smoothie and it is super rare for a store to actually get it right and this morning I traveled 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store and they got it wrong. I don’t even have time to go back in there and explain or complain. I just don’t understand how chaincannot seem to make an item right every time just doesn’t make sense so disappointed and so let down

Really bad customer service! I went it at 7:45 they close at 8:30 per google! When I walked in the lady there had a nasty attitude, she had bleach and cleaning stuff next to the juice bar. Straight off the bat she said no more raw juice, I guess cus she didn’t want to clean again. Another customer walked in at 8:10 she said they were closed. ? But there’s still 20 min left. Our Acai bowls were half full .! What a waste of $45 !

Unfortunately, this was the closest location to me at the time. I should have just waited until i got home. Yes, it does seem like it's owned by a family. They were literally sitting there with their kids around 1pm to 2 pm. They closed the shop just for that reason....never went to a location that was closed during those times....hope they make another smoothie place nearby. Make the trip to go to santa Ana if you want juice it up.
