Person working on 4/16 at about 12:45 was extremely rude over the phone said I needed to order online or in person and could not order over the phone due to ordering 2 items. I showed up and there was not one customer in the store and the employee was sitting down. Extremely poor service to inconvenience the customer because she decided to be lazy and rude

Terrible customer service I went there today at 12:09 PM for my lunch. I had called six minutes prior or so and the girl said she had a very long line and she was the only one there she was sitting there talking to some guy when I arrived, who was the only person in the store? There was no long line, and it didn't seem like she was doing my order at all that I had placed56 minutes prior to showing up so I'm a little baffled on the laziness and the lies. I would not recommend coming here obviously once you do something like that, I'm never returning again.

First of all, to the lady who worked last night's closing shift.. thank you for letting my husband and I order something. We didn't realize that we came 5 minutes before closing time but very thankful to have been helped and left happy with our smoothies. We ordered a Lava Flow (without coconut) and Melon Madness. Both smoothies were made quickly and tasted super good.

I spoke to what seemed to be a district manager, who was running the store at the time, and in all my time managing restaurants I don't think I have ever encountered such poor customer service. Her store's phone didn't work, which lead to a plethora of other issues. The craziest part is, this is my first time ever writing a review in general, if these are the type of people we are having head the stores it truly elucidates the situation. I won't ever be returning to her locations again, being Tustin, and Buena Park. Truly horrific customer service.

Very frothy smoothies. Just so so. The Vanilla blue sky was not like how it usually is from other juice it up! that I have gone to.

My favorite smoothie place! I usually get the Evergreen which is really good but a bit on the sweeter side (at least for my liking). I tried the Melon Madness for the first time today and my fiancé and I thought it was soo good! Kinda tastes like a pink starburst or Starbucks pink drink without being too sweet. Will def be my go-to order from now on!

We drive out of our way to go to this Juice it Up. The staff are always friendly. The drinks are always delicious. The store is always bright and clean. I definitely recommend this location. And of course it goes without saying that Juice it Up is far superior to Jamba Juice.

I have Been a long time customer of this location. In fact my child even worked there while in high school. This morning I came in and bought 2 smoothies. I really needed to use the restroom due to a medical condition that gives me urgency and increased frequency. I asked to use the restroom which has a sign saying "employees only" and explained my rather embarrassing condition. The girl working said she could not let me bc she would get "fired". I can understand that they don't want non-customers using their facilities and to keep the homeless out of their restrooms. But to not allow customers to use them, even on an exception basis is ludicrous. Furthermore, failure to allow a customer to use the restroom is in violation of The Disability Act and can be seen as DISCRIMINATION for which the owner is liable. The "no restroom restriction" began bc of COVID... this is no longer the case and should be offer to customers. This used to be a great location but it has changed hands several times and so has the service. They aren't happy and friendly anymore. It's sad to see good businesses fail.

DON’T GO HERE!No acknowledgment when we were standing right in front of her. She was making three smoothies ahead of us. When she finally came to the register, she was so grumpy, borderline rude. I his was our first time here.Our bowl was melted when she gave it to us.Parking: Ample parking for a Saturday afternoon.

A very nice family running the store here. So nice and hospitable. Your patrons should feel as welcome as at home. That’s the recipe for people wanting to return and tell everyone about your business. I hope the best for this business and this family.
