Soo disappointed after my husband gave me one rice ball I went to get the second one and notice they wrap their hot rice balls in A LOT of saran wrap. Basically putting everyone who eats their rice balls in danger of toxic chemicals.

Junbi recently provided some amazing drinks at a conference in Irvine! They were super easy to work with--flexible, communicative, and enthusiastic. They helped me pick the perfect mix of flavors for our group. The team was early for setup, something I can deeply appreciate as an Event Coordinator. Needless to say, their drinks got cleared out! They were out of boba so I couldn't get the drink I wanted, and the tables were dirty. I ordered the green tea with lychee and sakura. The green tea flavor was weak.

By far, the best matcha I’ve ever had combined with fruit (even gotten a few misses with strawberry at other places) and this place has executed perfectly. Ordered a few drinks: - Guava matcha latte - Mango matcha latte - Sakura lychee matcha latte
I did add the house made almond jelly, but it was a little sweet for me so I’ll probably forgo it next time. Staff were friendly and nice! Easy parking.

I bought a matcha latte with boba, and I paid $8.50. I have my credit card history too that I paid $8.50. But what I got was just normal matcha latte. With 8.50. Plus. I did NOT add an oat milk. But I got a matcha latte with NO ADD ON AND OAT MILK. DON’T GO AT SUNDAY 11 AM. But people with black and yellow hair were good people, she exchanged my drink when I told her that the order was wrong unlike the people that said, “Oh but the label says that no add on~”.

The drinks are pretty good but be sure to reduce sweetness since their items can get pretty sweet! First time I had a matcha latte reduced sweetness and it was really good and second time I had a matcha blend normal sweetness and it tasted like vanilla ice cream (I couldn’t taste the matcha)
Me and my entire circle are OBSESSED with this place. Their tea and boba is AWESOME! Even my Caucasian husband LOVES the tea at Junbi. Both the hojicha and the matcha teas are delicious. If you love almond jelly, you can add up to 2 servings!
This place can get pretty packed as it is popular, so I recommended ordering online ahead of time!

I was heartbroken to see they were out of my favorite drink, the chrysanthemum tea, but David worked his magic and hand-brewed it for me. His kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, David, for turning what could have been a disappointing visit into a highlight of my day.
