Got my order wrong even though my order was simple then tried blaming me by saying she read the order back to me which she didnt. Wont be coming back to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the best KFC, but the only one close to home, and we only wanted cole slaw. My husband went in, and the young kid behind the counter yelled at him to put on a mask. Then the old guy behind the counter, yelled in a hateful voice, Yeah, put on a mask. There is no indoor mask requirement in Orange County for fully vaccinated people, at this point. They were just jerks! There was no one else inside, so there was no reason to wear a mask. People think they have so much authority in those positions. No wonder they are closing in 3 days.

I came in to order my food. I waited in line for quite a while. The guy infront of me was about to order just when someone else came and told the cashier “drive thru only, because they are fixing the front door window” that wasn’t the issue when you took other people order before us. Next time they should have a sign saying “DRIVE THRU ONLY instead of having me waste my lunch time and other people time.

Service here is not that great only came to pick up for someone else not able to walk in to make a order.
Been here 3 times for the sole reason that they’re open late night and I regretted it all 3 times. Got the chicken sandwich and the chicken was extremely undercooked (literally pink in the center) and Nashville tenders which came out BLACK they were literally CHARRED with the horrid oil they used to fry them.
Drive thru only now.
