My visit today was fantastic. The gentleman that took my order was quick, accurate, and professional. When I recieved my food, he made sure I got any sauces that I wanted without limiting the amounts. I never understood why some fast food employees refuse to give you more than one or two dipping sauces. The staff, especially the young man working the register at 5PM on Tuesday June 22nd 2021, were on point today.
More often than not I am disappointed by this KFC. It's 50/50 if the order is gotten right and even if it is, the quality is subpar at best. Wish there was a Canes chicken closer.
You have to ask for napkins and a fork?! They don't use real butter, but a spread and even then to need to ask when getting biscuits.On the positive side, if I ask "Are the biscuits fresh?" I usually get those right out of the oven.
