The kitchen is extremely inefficient and chaotic. We placed an mobile order that supposed to be ready by 6pm, and not until 6:30 after multiple times of inquiries, they answered that oh the order was ‘lost’
The drive thru lady strikes again! I ordered from the app. I pulled into the drive thru there was one car in front of me and one car behind me. She proceeds to hold my bag and looks at me I was trying to get one over her. Asks me my name about three times. She tells me "the pick up is inside because we get busy in the drive thru". I said so all KFC's are different because I went to KFC in Tustin yesterday they didn't have a problem.
I guess they feel they are above all the other KFC's.
1. They weren't busy 2. The attitude 3. The food was 2.5/5
I'll drive the extra miles to another KFC for quality food and service. Because nobody is giving me anything free but an attitude NO THANKS.

This place is horrible in customer service! I ordered through the app, picked up inside and ask for ranch dressing, the lady that works the drive thru is very rude and unpleasant, wanted me to tell exactly what I ordered for her to give me a dressing as if I couldn’t pay 25 cents if it was needed SMH. Then I tried the drive thru the next time , same lady just had me sitting there and then practically shoved the food bag to me without a thank you or even have a nice day. Why take it out on us you applied for that job. Do better KFC
