We ordered food from them last month they got our order wrong, we didn’t complain because we thought they were busy. Tonight we here(irvine Jeffrey location again at 8 pm ordered some food they said , we are out of crispy for the rest of the night we are not cooking anymore ( they close at 10 pm) they cleaned up the restaurant and all lights up front were off. They start shutting down the restaurant 2 hours prior to closing hours.
Really disappointing service, expect to wait for air a while since nobody is at the cashier.

Sometimes you just need to pickup some fast food and unfortunately we don't have too many options in this particular neighborhood. Food aside - service was excellent and the drive through was super fast. Thumbs up to Jose for how he handled the drive through!

The food is fine---that being delicious. The issue is with their operations. Something is off where they keep missing deadlines. For instance, you place an order in the app to pick up at a specific time. The app says that the order is ready for pick up but find out it is actually not ready. Worse, it is not ready until 30 minutes later.In that 30 minute timeframe where I waited I was able to see several gig workers look for their customer orders. When asking the staff about the order status, they mumble something about working the queue as the order system presents it. They are visibly stressed and working with a sense of urgency.Only advice is to budget ample time from order to when you expect to pick it up.

I was pleasantly surprised this location serves fresh chicken and sides and service was great! Went to the drive thru on a Saturday evening around 7:30p and ordered two 3-piece boxes. The chicken was really good. The mashed potatoes were still hot when we got home about 7 miles away and the cole slaw was fresh. The guy at the drive thru super friendly and efficient. Will be going back when my KFC cravings kick in!
They're drive-thru sucks. They made me wait like 5 min at the window every time I go but it is worth it. Their chicken taste great....

The new hot and spicy wings have too much breading and the chicken are already small. You hardly taste the chicken meat. At least I tried it. Maybe for others it's fine.

It was so shitty haven't been here in years and the chicken nuggets were cold literally tasted like they were microwaved and I asked for mash and gravy and it just came with mash and ofc the drink tasted water downed don't go when they are about to close I guess
