Kit Coffee is an absolute gem and my go-to first stop whenever I come into Irvine. The moment I walk in, I’m reminded why I keep coming back — their coffee is simply outstanding.
Beyond the amazing coffee, their food selection is fun, fresh, thoughtful, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a light meal. I’ve learned to order ahead online, which makes pickup super convenient, especially during the morning rush. But honestly, even if I had to wait, it would be worth every minute.
The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team is always friendly and efficient. Kit Coffee is more than just a coffee shop — it’s an experience I look forward to every time I’m in town.
Highly recommended!

The lattes are sooo yummy. I wanna try all of their drinks every day.
Such a chill spot! Outdoor seating with charging ports, a fountain that makes it feel like you’re at a resort, and the vibes are just perfect.
The coffee and burritos? So good. You have to try the Matcha Strawberry Latte — it’s their signature and totally worth it!

This coffee shop might be a bit small on the inside, but what it lacks in space, it more than makes up for with its welcoming atmosphere and generous outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a sunny day. I always go for the cappuccino with almond milk, and it never disappoints. The espresso is consistently smooth and spot-on every time.
The interior, though compact, is thoughtfully designed and has a really nice vibe. The staff are always friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. There’s usually a bit of a wait during peak times, but it’s never too bad and definitely worth it for the quality.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great coffee and a chill place to hang out!

Tucked away inside a business center, this coffee shop can be a bit tricky to locate the first time, but it’s well worth the effort. Parking is paid, but they do offer validation for 90 minutes, which is a helpful perk if you’re just stopping in for coffee or a short meeting.
The coffee here is consistently excellent. If you’re someone who appreciates a well-crafted cup without the need for syrups or sweeteners, this place will likely hit the mark. Their espresso is smooth and balanced, and the rest of the drink menu shows the same attention to quality.
Inside, the space is small and tends to get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours. That said, the outdoor seating more than makes up for it. There’s plenty of room outside, and the area has a relaxed atmosphere with a nice view and a peaceful fountain that adds a pleasant touch.
Overall, this is a great spot for anyone who values good coffee and doesn’t mind a little extra effort to get to it. Just plan ahead for parking and try to grab a seat outside if the inside is full.

The Hispanic guy wasn’t very nice and I could tell was very judgmental to me over a transaction and wasn’t nice I think he shouldn’t work there anymore because customers should be satisfied not judged

Located inside a business complex. Will need to park in a paid parking structure but they validate for 1 hr.

¡¡¡Ermegerd!!! This place is so yummy!
I loved that I could walk here from our hotel (sonesta). There is a beautiful water feature to sit in front of that has sun shades and lawn chairs.
Their regular coffee is great but they also offer unique beverage options including the strawberries wild latte that I got. It was delicious! I can’t wait to return to try other things.

Delicious food and amazing coffee wow! You gotta try the strawberry latte if it’s in season. And I had the Chorizo breakfast burrito. So filling and so tasty. Definitely a nice place to meet with a friend or colleague. They validate for parking too if you parked in the garage in the business plaza they’re located within.

Not the most convent location, which is kind of expected since it is located within an office complex. Fairly busy and good energy. Limited dine in seating. Coffee and food both fair. Good service. nothing to write home about.
