There was a waiter David and he was really nice. I recommend ordering the Taiwan five spice stripe. Their chicken has a lot of flavor and I eat their a lot. Definitely an all time favorite.

You know, this is a hidden gem, we love this place for dinner, and I don't know why the locals don't flock here, maybe because it's more of a business area of Irvine. For example, my daughter loves the katsu because it more thinly sliced and crunchy, more J- style, as opposed to the huge chunks at H-places, not that we don't like those too, but we like to change it up. Prices are so reasonable too, and can get a beer 🍺 too :-) I always feel at home here. They even have a kids wall for art.....I'd be surprised if the locals didn't come at least twice a week, there are so many good items on the menu.....if not you'd better get on it!......lol.
Sorry I didn't get any food pictures, but I was sooo hungry, but I'm going back again this week!

Interior is a little dark and outdated. Very limited alcohol selection: beer, wine, seltzers in a can. No hard alcohol...boo.
Food is excellent: pot stickers, chicken sliders,
garlic noodles, udon soups
Sometimes this place is packed or you could be the only people in there.
Will be going back.
Love Krave! They have a variety of options and their Korean fried chicken is the best I’ve ever had! They also have friendly and attentive staff. I’ll definitely be back!
Greasy food not tasty
Great food, service, cleanliness, and all around great environment. Highly recommend and I try to visit whenever in the area.
Came here on Saturday around 4pm and it was a slow day. Got my order taken quickly. Highly recommend the 10 bone-in soy garlic wings and loaded Kogi fries. If you're sensitive to pickled things then pass on the fries. The music was a plus while we were inside. There's a lot of seating.
Located off Main Street near the intersection of Jamboree road in Irvine, I visited Krave Asian Fusion Restaurant on a Thursday afternoon around 5pm-ish right before the dinner rush. Brandon was the only employee working the front, and he was friendly and as efficient as one person can be. I ordered the 10pc bone-in wings which is offered in 6 flavors: Soy Garlic, Spicy, Chinese Chili, Lemon Pepper, Taiwan 5 Spice and Mango Habanero. Brandon informed me I could try two flavors, so I got a half order of the Spicy and a half order of the Taiwan 5 Spice which is a dry rub. I appreciated that the wings were meaty but they were also on the dryer side. Neither flavor was spicy in my opinion and the Taiwan 5 Spice wasn't too flavorful at all. I've definitely had better wings elsewhere! I washed down my meal at the bar with a cold Asahi beer special they were promoting. Although my experience with their fried chicken wasn’t memorable, they do have other menu items that might be worth trying. Regardless, I wish Krave all the best going forward!
Food was top notch and service was outstanding. A great little place to grab some excellent food.

Best Chicken Karaage, soy ginger style. Surface shatters in a bite. So good
Perfectly serviceable Asian fusion, from potstickers to burgers to loco moco.
Parking: Don't pass up the parking spots right in front of the restaurant.

I may be jaded but I did not find the food to be great. It was OK (2.4 stars or so) but it wasn't something I'd pay $50 to eat. I ordered the 1/2 pound of meat and as good as this sounded, it was basically a hamburger patty cooked through and placed on a bed of plain rice. I could have literally gone to Walmart down the street and got the same. The Thai curry was again, OK. Not good not great but not disastrous, either. The fries were actually pretty good. Sodas were flat and didn't have enough syrup in them so I'd skip that part, as well. But for $13, you can get some good fries.
