My favorite local Sichuan style Chinese food, very authentic. Atmosphere much better than typical Chinese restaurant, while bills don't up tick much. Need to come over early to avoid wait list. Only complaint is obvious MSG.
Kuan Zhai Alley is a must-try if you’re in Orange County and love authentic Chinese food. The flavors are rich, bold, and true to traditional Sichuan cuisine. I highly recommend trying their fresh fish dishes and seasonal vegetables—everything is cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
