I ordered two dishes which are Alaska roll and sashimi salad. When I asked two meals, the clerk told me that sashimi salad would be with spicy sauce and asked whether I am going to be ok. Based on what I heard I assumed that it may be too much spicy. I asked how spicy it is, she told me that it will be medium spicy. So I ordered it anyway since I did not mind it spicy too. But when it came out, she told me the source is not actually spicy at all. That was my first experience. The moment when she came to me asking if there is anything I need, I asked more gingers. When she came back with gingers, I noticed too much gingers shown on the picture.Food was ok, but as a worker, she should have been well known about the food she serves instead of making people worried about how spicy the meal would be. Secondly, there is expectation how much sides will be needed based on how much remaining food was left. But she brought too much food making me offended and sorry for remaining food wasted. Those are main two feelings when you faced these situations, worried and sorry. These should be avoided when you come to enjoy lunch.

This treasure restaurant is hidden in the shopping plaza next to UCI. We ordered eel rice and salmon rice. Both tasted great and had fresh ingredients. We especially liked the crab meat salad dressing. The salmon sashimi is fresh, and the Mars sushi roll is recommended, with rich taste. The signature salad and edamame are also very good?. The service is super good, the menu is suitable for healthy weight loss, and is low in calories!

Food was good service was horrible. It’s pretty dumb that when ordering all you can eat sushi everyone has to order it… My husband wanted all you can eat but I didn’t want all you can eat so we couldn’t order it because waiter said we both have to get all you can eat not just 1 person. Then we asked for soda, waiter never got us our drinks nor did he return to check up if we wanted more food. We just ate what we ordered and left. Won’t be coming back… don’t care how good food is…there are other places with better food and service!!!!

Great sushi spot hidden in a little shopping center right next to UCI. It’s small but had some open tables when we went and plenty of parking. The all-you-can-eat sushi was really good and all four of us had our fill, with one downside. They have only 5 fish options for nigiri, which is our favorite style of sushi. It’s easily the most limited menu we have ever seen, but the quality of the fish that hey did serve was good so I can’t complain too much.

Great prices at KY Sushi! Whenever I'm craving sushi, I love walking around the neighborhood and checking this place out. Great for UCI students! The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. I've been here so many times and I highly recommend the lemon salmon roll. Another tip I recommend is ordering takoyaki for a warm bite!
